A filter may be attached to the adapter and connected to the second porting system and a pressure reducing valve in the adapter is connected to the second porting system. The assembly may also include a controller operatively connected to the pressure reducing valve and system sensors measuring parameters affected by the output of the hydraulic motor apparatus, whereby the pressure reducing valve is operatively controlled by the controller in response to input from the system sensors.

The at least one pump includes at least one fluid driver having a prime mover and a fluid displacement assembly to be driven by the prime mover such that fluid is transferred from the pump inlet to the pump outlet. The fluid driven actuator system also includes a controller that establishes at least one of a speed and a torque of the at least one prime mover to adjust at least one of a flow in the fluid system to a flow set point and a pressure in the fluid system to pressure set point and a concurrently establishes an opening of the at least one proportional control valve to adjust at least one of the flow to the flow set point and the pressure to the pressure set point.

Port plate for integrated drive generator

A port plate for use in an integrated drive generator has a body defining a semi-cylindrical charge port communicating with two circumferentially smaller charge port portions. A diametrically opposed working pressure port has three smaller working pressure ports. A center plane is defined extending through a center axis of a bore within the body and equidistance between circumferential ends of the charge port and the working fluid port. A first angle is defined between the plane and a circumferential end of the smaller charge port. The first angle is between 15 and 25 degrees. An integrated drive generator and a method are also disclosed.

A hydrostatic piston engine comprises a housing with a cylinder drum with cylinder bores mounted rotatably therein. Each of the cylinder bores receives a working piston in a longitudinally displaceable manner, via which a hydrostatic working chamber is delimited by the cylinder bore. The hydrostatic working chamber has an opening on an outer surface of the cylinder drum by which, when the cylinder drum rotates, outlets of a high-pressure chamber and of a low-pressure chamber of the piston engine and a reversing surface arranged between the two outlets in the rotational direction can be passed over in alternating fashion. At least one pressurizing medium channel is provided which, on one hand, opens out in the reversing surface and, on the other, into a pressurizing medium trough of the piston engine.

A hydrostatic axial piston machine includes a housing, a connection plate closing the housing, working connections formed on the connection plate, a drive shaft, a swashplate, a cylinder drum coupled to the shaft in the direction of rotation, bores formed in the drum and each including a piston, a control plate against which the drum bears, a retraction plate for removing a piston from the bores, and a retraction ball arranged in front of the first end face of the drum which surrounds a drum neck of the drum and the shaft and by which the retraction plate is loaded in the direction of the swashplate. A pressure chamber is defined by seals between the retraction ball, the drum, and the shaft, and is configured to be acted upon by a pressure above a housing pressure. The retraction ball is sealed against the drum neck and against the shaft.

The culvert cleaner includes a frame, a water pressurizing system, and a control system. The culvert cleaner may be used on a number of different machineries (e.g. truck, excavator, and rail equipment). The culvert cleaner is positioned in front of a clogged culvert using the hydraulic excavator that is on the railway. Once the culvert cleaner is position, the water pressurizing system of the culvert cleaner is engaged and high pressure water is used to clean the culvert. During cleaning alterations may be made to nozzle in the x-axis and y-axis due to the integrated positioning of the nozzle as a part of the water pressurizing system.

The control block, by way of the first control module, is able to be controlled by at least one actuating signal. A data interface is included between the control modules. The first control module, by way of the data interface, as a further actuating signal transfers to the second control module as input variable/variables a nominal outlet pressure for the hydro machine and/or a nominal delivery volume for the hydro machine. The second control module by way of the nominal outlet pressure and/or by way of the nominal delivery volume controls an adjusting mechanism of the hydro machine by way of a valve actuating signal.
