Actuator device having power spring retention
There is described an actuator device comprising a single molded housing, a linear bridge feature, a spring hook retention feature, and a power spring. The single molded housing is formed by integrating the linear bridge feature across the single molded housing and the spring hook retention feature to one side of the linear bridge feature. The power spring is inserted laterally through the linear bridge feature of the actuator device. The power spring includes a spring hook at one end, and the spring hook of the power spring attaches to the spring hook retention feature of the actuator device. The power spring applies, at least in part, a torque to a control shaft coupled to the actuator device.
SPRING RETURN DEVICE
A spring return device comprising a rotatable drive coupling configured for releasably engaging a rotatable drive part on a first side of the device and configured for releasably engaging a rotatable drive part on an opposite second side of the device; a spring engaged with the drive coupling; and a retainer that retains the spring; wherein: rotation of the drive coupling in a first direction relative to the retainer causes mechanical energy to be stored in the spring; and the spring return device comprises an integral locking mechanism that is actuatable between a first state in which rotation of the drive coupling relative to the retainer is allowed and a second state in which rotation of the drive coupling relative to the retainer is prevented.
ENERGY CONVERTER MODULE
Described is an energy converter for converting rotational energy to mechanical strain energy in flat spiral springs, the converter unit including: an axle for operatively mounting a plurality of spiral springs having inner ends and outer ends; at least a first and second spiral spring module, each module including one or more spiral springs operatively mounted at each inner end to the axle, one or more of the springs in each of the spiral spring modules having their outer ends operatively connected together with a link extending between the first and second spiral spring modules, wherein the arrangement of radial spiral windings in the first and second spiral spring modules are substantially reflected or mirrored across a plane disposed between the first and second spiral spring modules.
Display device
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a display device includes: a display unit including a display panel in which an image is displayed; a first roller configured to wind or unwind the display unit; a tape spring which vertically moves the display unit on a rear surface of the display unit; and a second roller configured to wind or unwind the tape spring, the second roller includes: a tape spring drum to which one end of the tape spring is fixed and configured to wind or unwind the tape spring; a tape spring case accommodating the tape spring drum and the tape spring; and a corrugate spring between the tape spring drum and the tape spring case and configured to press the tape spring toward the tape spring drum. Therefore, a slip phenomenon of the tape spring may be improved.
