Hydraulic fracturing pumps to enhance flow of fracturing fluid into wellheads and related methods
Systems and methods to enhance the flow of fracturing fluid into a wellhead during a high-pressure fracturing operation may include providing a pump frame and a crankshaft. A plurality of first plungers may be connected to the crankshaft and may reciprocate in a first plane. The hydraulic fracturing pump also may include a plurality of second plungers connected to the crankshaft and positioned to reciprocate in a second plane. The first plane and the second plane may define a non-zero offset angle between the first plane and the second plane. The crankshaft may include a plurality of crankpins, and each of the crankpins may be connected to one of the first plungers and one of the second plungers. The first plungers may pump a first fracturing fluid and the second plungers may pump a second fracturing fluid different from the first fracturing fluid.

Reversible Reciprocating Pump
An injector generator for use in geomechanical pumped storage systems includes a power end and a fluid end. The fluid end has one or more fluid chambers each having a fluid inlet and outlet that are controlled by rotary valves. The fluid end can function as a pump or as a motor driven by fluid pressure from the geomechanical storage formation.
Plunger tool for reciprocation pump
A plunger tool and method relating thereto is designed to remove and insert plungers of a reciprocating pump such as during maintenance and other disassembly operations. The tool has a guide which receives and supports the plunger after removal from, and before reinsertion into, the pump. The tool also has a rack and pinion actuator for moving the plunger.
POWER END HUB PULLER KIT APPARATUS AND METHODS
Aspects of the disclosure relate to hub puller kit apparatus and methods, and associated components thereof, for pulling hubs off of power ends. In one example, the hub puller kit apparatus and methods are used to pull a hub off of a power end of a frac pump.
MULTI-PIECE FLUID END
A multi-piece fluid end that can be produced with fewer raw materials and at a lower cost. In one embodiment, a fluid end is formed from a first body attached to a separate second body. Their respective external surfaces may be engaged flushly, partially, or via one or more spacer elements. In some embodiments, the body pieces are flangeless to reduce stress on the fluid end. The second body may have a plurality of bores that are alignable with a plurality of corresponding bores formed in the first body. The second body may be connected to a power end using a plurality of stay rods. In other implementations, more than two body pieces may be utilized.

Oil-scavenge pump and method for assembling the same
The present disclosure provides an oil-scavenge pump, which includes a cap member, a piston member, a resilient member and a filter member. The filter member interconnects the cap member and the piston member. The resilient member is disposed between the cap member and the piston member. The cap member includes a cap head, a pump valve connected to the cap head, a first-resilient unit disposed and a first sphere disposed between the first-resilient unit and the pump valve. The piston member includes a main portion, a piston seat, a second-resilient unit, a second sphere and a rod portion. The piston seat has two ends respectively connected to the piston head and the rod portion. The second-resilient unit and the second sphere are disposed between the piston head and the piston seat. The filter member is mounted to surround the rod portion and engaged with the pump valve.
Bearing system for reciprocating pump and method of assembly
A power end frame assembly for a reciprocating pump that includes a first and second end plate segment each including annular bearing support surfaces configured to support a crankshaft bearing assembly. At least one middle plate segment is disposed between the first and second end plate segments and includes an annular bearing support surface configured to support a crankshaft bearing assembly. The annular bearing support surfaces of the first and second end plate segments and the at least one middle plate segment each have a diameter and are coaxially aligned. The diameter of at least one of the first and second end plate segments is different from the diameter of the at least one middle plate segment to facilitate insertion and removal of the crankshaft bearing assembly from the power end frame assembly.
Motor for fans or blowers, pumps or compressors, method for operating such a motor and blower system having one or more motor(s)/blower(s)
A motor for a fan, a ventilator, a pump or a compressor includes integrated motor electronics and at least one sensor unit for pressure or volume flow control. The at least one sensor unit may be a module that can be plugged onto or into the integrated motor electronics or may be at least partly integrated into the motor electronics. The motor may be an electronically commutated motor. The integrated motor electronics may be configured to supply the at least one sensor unit with energy.
