Electro hydrostatic actuators
An electro hydrostatic actuator comprises a hydraulic pump driven by an electric motor to supply hydraulic fluid to a hydraulic actuator. The pump comprises an inlet and an outlet for the hydraulic fluid and an active flow path arranged therebetween such that, in an active mode of operation when the pump is driven by the electric motor, hydraulic fluid is actively drawn in through the inlet and exhausted out through the outlet. The pump further comprises a bypass flow path arranged to open between the inlet and outlet such that, in a damping mode of operation when the pump is not driven by the electric motor, hydraulic fluid is able to pass through the pump along the bypass flow path between the inlet and outlet.
Pump displacement control device having a feedback lever
A pump displacement control device includes: a servo piston that changes a tilt angle; a flow rate control spool that is displaced corresponding to an input pressure; a power control spool that is displaced corresponding to a discharge pressure of the pump; a control pressure regulating spool that regulates a control pressure which controls the servo piston; and a feedback lever connected to the servo piston and the control pressure regulating spool. The feedback lever directly abut on either one of the flow rate control spool or the power control spool for regulating the control pressure.
HYDRAULIC FLUID PUMP AND RETAINER ASSEMBLY FOR SAME
A fluid end assembly of a hydraulic fluid pump includes a housing having a bore, a removable valve cover closing the bore, and a retainer engaging the bore. The retainer includes a set screw bore that extends from a first side of the retainer to a second side of the retainer, opposite the first side. The fluid end assembly further includes a set screw. The set screw is threaded into the set screw bore from the first side of the retainer. The set screw is not removable from the second side of the retainer. The first side of the retainer is positioned adjacent to the valve cover.
HYDRAULIC FLUID PUMP AND RETAINER ASSEMBLY FOR SAME
A fluid end assembly of a hydraulic fluid pump includes a housing having an axial bore, a removable valve cover closing the axial bore, and a retainer engaging the axial bore. The retainer includes a central opening. The fluid end assembly further includes a threaded drive member positioned within the central opening and operable to apply a preload against the retainer.
SERVOLESS MOTOR
A hydraulic piston unit including a rotational group for driving or being driven by a driving shaft, and having a tiltable displacement element for adjusting the displacement volume of the rotational group between a minimum or a maximum displacement, wherein, on t valve segment between a kidney-shaped inlet port and a kidney-shaped outlet port at respective dead end positions of reciprocally moveable working pistons first and second control ports are located in fluid connection with cylinder bores in the cylinder block, for controlling the position of the displacement element. The hydraulic piston unit further includes a control valve with a shiftable control valve spool fluidly connected via a high pressure port to a high pressure side of the hydraulic piston unit. The control valve spool is configured to conduct hydraulic fluid from the high pressure side to one of the first or the second control port.
AXIAL-PISTON MOTOR AND CYCLIC PROCESS DEVICE
An axial piston motor having a cylinder housing, in which a plurality of cylinders are formed, and having pistons which are movably guided in the cylinders, wherein the pistons are attached to a swash plate and wherein a flow of a fluid that has entered via an inlet into the axial piston motor is controlled into and out of the cylinders by means of inlet and outlet valves, wherein the inlet and/or outlet valves comprise fluid change openings which are formed in a cylinder head plate and which can be temporarily released and covered by means of a rotary slide, for which purpose the rotary slide forms at least one passage opening.
