HYDRAULIC-PUMP FLOW-RATE CALIBRATION SYSTEM
A hydraulic-pump flow-rate calibration system includes: a variable capacitance type hydraulic pump that supplies an operating fluid to a hydraulic actuator; a regulator that changes the dispense flow rate of the hydraulic pump according to a flow rate command signal; a flow rate detection device that detects the flow rate of the operating fluid; a control device that outputs the flow rate command signal to the regulator to control the regulator; and a calibration device that calculates an actual measurement characteristic of the dispense flow rate for the flow rate command signal, and performs, on a preset reference characteristic, calibration based on the actual measurement characteristic. The actual measurement characteristic is calculated as a result of the flow rate of the operating fluid being detected by the flow rate detection device during output of a predetermined flow rate command signal from the control device to the regulator.
SWASH-PLATE TYPE PISTON PUMP
A swash-plate type piston pump includes a cylinder block configured to be rotated with rotation of a driving shaft, a plurality of pistons accommodated in a plurality of cylinders provided in the cylinder block, a swash plate configured to reciprocate the piston so that a volume chamber of the cylinder is expanded/contracted with the rotation of the cylinder block, an biasing mechanism configured to bias the swash plate in a direction where a tilting angle is made larger, a control pin configured to drive the swash plate in a direction where the tilting angle is made smaller in accordance with a rise in a load pressure of a pressure chamber, and a discharge channel configured to discharge the load pressure of the pressure chamber.
Syringe pump, and related method and system
A method for discharging fluid from a syringe and for mitigating occlusion conditions includes actuating the plunger of a syringe into a barrel. The method monitors fluid pressure within the barrel of the syringe and determines that an occlusion exists when the fluid pressure exceeds a predetermined threshold. The method actuates the plunger out of the barrel by a predetermined amount in response to the detected occlusion and actuates the plunger of the syringe into the barrel until a measured fluid pressure within the barrel of the syringe exceeds another predetermined threshold.

Axial Piston Pump
An axial piston pump having several pistons has a magnetic encoder (5), which is arranged on a swash plate, and a magnetic field sensor, which is arranged in such a way that it faces towards the magnetic encoder (5). The magnetic encoder (5) has at least two permanent magnets (2, 3) and a plate (4) which consists of a ferromagnetic material. The permanent magnets (2, 3) are arranged on the plate (4) in such a way that they each faces a magnetic pole towards the plate (4), and this pole is at least partially covered by the plate (4) in each case.
HYDRAULIC AXIAL PISTON UNIT AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OF A HYDRAULIC AXIAL PISTON UNIT
Hydraulic axial piston unit having a rotational group for driving or being driven by a driving shaft, and a tiltable displacement element for adjusting the displacement volume of the rotational group. The rotational group includes a rotatable cylinder block in which working pistons are mounted reciprocally moveable in cylinder bores for conveying hydraulic fluid from a kidney-shaped inlet port to a kidney-shaped outlet port on a valve segment. At least two control ports are located on the valve segment each between the respective circumferential ends of the kidney-shaped inlet port and the outlet port. The control ports can be brought sequentially in fluid connection with the cylinder bores when the cylinder block is rotating. At least one hydraulic fluid injector is connected fluidly to one control port, for sequentially injecting pressurized hydraulic fluid via the control port into the passing cylinder bores. Via the other control port hydraulic fluid can be drained from passing cylinder bores.
VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT HYDRAULIC UNIT AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE HYDRAULIC UNIT
Variable displacement hydraulic unit comprising a displacement unit for setting/adjusting the position of an adjustment element in order to adjust the displacement volume of the hydraulic unit by means of an electronically driveable actuator. The actuator is electronically connected to an electronic control unit (ECU) and has a first electric conductive coil to position the adjustment element by the help of electro-magnetic forces. An electric energy harvesting device is located adjacent to the first coil of the actuator such that electric energy from power fluctuations in the first coil can be harvested inductively. The inductively harvested electric energy can be transmitted to an electric energy storage device.
PISTON COMPRESSOR FOR MEDICAL USE
A volumetric compressor with one or more cylinders, comprising: at least one cylinder (2), provided with a suction opening (21) and a discharge opening (22) controlled by respective valves; a suction duct (3), connected to the suction opening (21); a discharge duct (4), connected to the discharge opening; a motor (5), provided with the possibility of varying its rotation speed; an adjustment valve (6), arranged along the suction duct (3), which is predisposed to vary the flow rate of the air directed to the suction opening.
Electronically controlled valve, hydraulic pump, and hydraulic pump system
The present invention relates to an electronically controlled valve for a variable displacement pump, a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic pump system with switchable control functions. Multiple control functions of different types of hydraulic pumps can be implemented via one single electronically controlled valve combined with control elements and sensors. The hydraulic pump systems can be easily integrated into the overall application systems for intelligent control.
