ROTATIONAL METERING PUMP FOR INSULIN PATCH
A rotary pump for a fluid metering system is provided. The rotary pump reciprocates, and is reversed by a signal from a limit switch that is deflected by an actuator arm on a rotating sleeve of the pump system.
INTEGRATED ELECTRIC-TO-HYDRAULIC CONVERSION MACHINE
An electric-to-hydraulic conversion machine includes an axial flux electric motor and a hydraulic pump. The motor includes a spindle, at least one rotor configured to rotate about the spindle, and at least one stator configured to drive rotation of the at least one rotor about the spindle. The hydraulic pump includes a piston block having a plurality of cylinders, a plurality of pistons each supported in one of the cylinders of the piston block, and a cam ring. The piston block is attached to the at least one rotor and is configured to rotate about the spindle with rotation of the at least one rotor. The cam ring is configured to radially drive the pistons during rotation of the piston block about the spindle, which drives a fluid flow.
POSITIVE-DISPLACEMENT PUMP AND PUMPING GROUP FOR FLUID PRODUCTS AND METHOD FOR THE USE THEREOF
A positive-displacement pump for fluid products, in particular paints, colorants and the like, includes a pump body in which there is formed a pumping chamber, in which a piston is mounted for sliding and is controlled so as to advance and withdraw in order to vary the useful volume of the pumping chamber. The pumping chamber has an upper region located at the highest location of the pumping chamber and in the region of which the pumping chamber is placed in communication with at least one intake pipe for a fluid product.

PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT APPARATUS AND METHOD
A pressure adjustment apparatus including a pump, a selector valve coupled to the pump, and a chamber in selective fluid communication with the pump through the selector valve is disclosed. The pump includes a pump body that defines a variable volume therein, the pump body further defining a first aperture and a second aperture therethrough. The selector valve includes a first check valve disposed in a first fluid channel of a plurality of fluid channels, the first check valve being oriented to permit flow through the first fluid channel only in a first flow direction, the first flow direction being a flow direction out of the variable volume, and a second check valve disposed in a second fluid channel of the plurality of fluid channels, the second check valve being oriented to permit flow through the second fluid channel only in a second flow direction.
Positive-displacement piston pump and associated delivery control method
A volumetric pump comprising a product metering chamber, a metering piston mounted inside the chamber so as to slide between top dead center and bottom dead center, a sleeve at least partially delimiting an intake chamber and an exhaust chamber for the product, and a product dispenser that is mounted so as to be able to move with respect to the sleeve and is able to place the metering chamber alternately into communication with the intake chamber and the exhaust chamber is provided. The pump also comprises a pressure sensor that is able to measure the pressure of the product inside the metering chamber, and a control unit that is connected to the pressure sensor and is able to verify the presence of pressure peaks exhibiting a value greater than or equal to a predetermined pressure threshold.
