FLUID PUMP WITH PRESSURE RELIEF PATH
A liquid pump including a pump housing having an interior sidewall forming an interior. The housing has an inlet port and an outlet port. A liner is disposed in the interior and has opposed transverse openings in line with the inlet and outlet ports. The liner has a central longitudinally extending bore. A pump piston is axially and rotatably slidable within the liner longitudinal bore for pumping the liquid from the inlet port to the outlet port. A seal assembly is secured to the pump housing adjacent to an upper end of the liner. The seal assembly including a seal body, an upper end of the piston extending though the cap and in sealing engagement with the seal body, the seal assembly and liner upper end forming a cavity there between. An upper end of the piston extending though the seal assembly and in sealing engagement with the seal body, the seal body and liner upper end forming a cavity there between. The housing having a passageway providing a fluid communication between the cavity and the inlet port.
AIR MOTOR AND PUMP COMPRISING SUCH A MOTOR
The present invention concerns an air motor comprising a piston and a housing, the piston being received in the housing and dividing the housing into two primary chambers of variable volume. Said motor comprises a first direct supply valve for supplying a first primary chamber of the two primary chambers and a second direct supply valve for supplying the other primary chamber, said two valves each being movable relative to at least one respective seat. The first valve and the second valve are mounted on a same stem movable relative to the housing in a direction parallel to the direction of movement of the piston, and the stem is configured to be moved between a first position and a second position by moving means activated by the piston.

Fluid pump having liquid reservoir and modified pressure relief slot
A pump, which generally includes a pump housing and a pump piston. The pump housing defines a central longitudinal bore, a transverse bore communicating with the central bore for conveying a liquid through the pump housing, a liquid reservoir communicating with the central bore and the transverse bore for retaining an amount of the liquid conveyed through the transverse bore and a pressure relief slot extending from the transverse bore to the liquid reservoir. The pump piston is axially and rotatably slidable within the central longitudinal bore for pumping the liquid through the transverse bore.

Tri-chamber nutating pump
A tri-chamber nutating pump is disclosed which includes two pump chambers disposed within a pump housing that accommodates a nutating piston. A reciprocating compensating piston is also provided with its own compensating housing that is connected to the outlet. As a cumulative output from the first two pump chambers reaches its maximum level, the compensating piston is pushed into the outlet or through a passage to reduce the output of the first two chambers and avoid splashing. As the output from the first two chambers reaches its minimum level, the compensating piston is withdrawn from the outlet or through a passage thereby increasing the output of the third chamber to its maximum level when the output from the first two pump chambers reaches its minimum level.

Rotary-oscillating subassembly and rotary-oscillating volumetric pumping device for volumetrically pumping a fluid
A rotary oscillating sub-assembly for positive displacement pumping of a fluid, said sub-assembly comprising: a hollow body defining a cavity having a wall with two ducts passing therethrough; a piston co-operating with said cavity to define a working chamber and including a channel that opens out longitudinally into said working chamber, said piston being movable angularly so as to put said working chamber into fluid-flow communication with one, then none, then the other of said ducts, and being movable in longitudinal translation to reciprocate so as to cause the volume of said working chamber to vary and successively suck in and then discharge said fluid, said piston carrying a sealing gasket that is formed of at least a sealing ring, a sealing half-ring, and at least one sealing strip that longitudinally connects said sealing ring to said sealing half-ring.
