No-drip volatile substance delivery system
A volatile substance delivery system includes a volatile substance container to contain a volatile substance, an optional absorbent and collapsible element disposed within the container to reduce presence of undesired air during manufacture of the device, an outlet to deliver a volume of the volatile substance from the volatile substance container to an ambient environment, and a manual screw pump to reduce volume (or sometimes, just increase pressure) within the volatile substance container and promote the delivery of the volatile substance from the volatile substance container.
PUMP DEVICE FOR CONVERTING ROTATION INTO FLUID FLOW
The present invention relates to an apparatus for converting rotation into fluid flow and/or fluid flow into rotation. The apparatus comprises a first coiled fluid conduit and a second coiled fluid conduit and a fluid separator for separating a first fluid from a second fluid having a second density different from the first density. The fluid separator is configured in such a way that when, during rotation of the fluid conduits first mass portions of the first fluid and second mass portions of the second fluid are alternatingly transported by the first fluid conduit into or from the fluid separator, third mass portions of the first fluid and fourth mass portions of the second fluid are alternatingly transported from or to the fluid separator by the second fluid conduit. A ratio between each of the first mass portions and each of the second mass portions is substantially greater than a ratio between each of the third mass portions and each of the fourth mass portions. This provides for a net flow of one of the first and second fluids through the apparatus.
GAS CELL DRIVEN FLUID DELIVERY DEVICE FOR SPILL-RESISTANT STORAGE AND USE
An orientation independent delivery device including a replaceable cartridge that may be installed on a foundation. A cartridge includes a gas chamber, a delivery chamber, a gas cell, and a delivery aperture. The gas chamber includes a gas-side rigid portion and a gas-side flexible barrier. The gas-side flexible barrier is sealed to the gas-side rigid portion. The delivery chamber includes a delivery-side rigid portion and a delivery-side flexible barrier. The delivery-side flexible barrier is sealed to the delivery-side rigid portion and is oriented adjacent to the gas-side flexible barrier. The gas cell is coupled to the gas-side rigid portion of the gas chamber. The gas cell increases a gas pressure within the gas chamber to expand the gas-side flexible barrier. Expansion of the gas-side flexible barrier applies a compressive force to the delivery-side flexible barrier allowing a delivery material to escape from the delivery chamber.

FLUID FLOW CONVERTER WITH SUPPORT ARRANGEMENT
An apparatus for converting rotation into fluid flow and/or fluid flow into rotation. The apparatus comprises a coiled fluid conduit having an inlet and an outlet, a support arrangement holding the coiled fluid conduit such that the inlet is higher/lower the outlet, a first fluid separator configured to receive batches of first fluid and batches of second fluid output from the outlet of the coiled fluid conduit and separate the first fluid and the second fluid, and an intrastage flow channel connecting the first fluid separator with the inlet of the coiled fluid conduit to allow second fluid separated by the first fluid separator to be transported back towards the inlet of the coiled fluid conduit.
