A high pressure gas lift compressor system and method of using the system for supplying compressed gas to multiple wells are provided. The system includes a compressor having multiple compressor cylinders. Each cylinder has its own gas inlet line and dedicated gas outlet line that supplies compressed gas from that cylinder directly to a wellbore to provide artificial gas lift. Each cylinder also has its own control valve upstream of the cylinder to control the suction pressure to the cylinder. A desired gas flow rate to each well may be input, and the control valve is adjusted accordingly to achieve the flow rate. By inputting a flow rate for each separate cylinder, the flow rate to each well may be independently controlled.

A pump system includes a housing defining a first internal volume and a second internal volume, a first piston positioned to separate the first internal volume into a first chamber and a second chamber, a second piston positioned to separate the second internal volume into a third chamber and a fourth chamber, a directional control valve (DCV) fluidly coupled to the second chamber and the fourth chamber, a first relief valve fluidly coupled to the DCV via a first control line and the second chamber via a first sensing line, a first orifice positioned along the first sensing line, a second relief valve fluidly coupled to the DCV via a second control line and the fourth chamber via a second sensing line, and a second orifice positioned along the second sensing line.

Fluid end and method of manufacturing it

The present invention discloses a Fluid End and its manufacturing method. The conventional fluid end manufacturing methods involve machining of all surfaces. This demands more input stock for manufacturing process and a lot of material wastage during machining process. In the conventional processes involving open die forging followed by machining result into only about 34% utilization of material. In the present invention, fluid end component geometry is optimized. Assembly surfaces are machined whereas other or non-assembly surfaces are as-forged condition. The method of invention also results in significant reduction in machining time and chip removal. The present invention also discloses a process of manufacturing using a combination of open die and closed die forging, and machining. It involves the steps of cogging an ingot to form billet for closed die forging using open die forging, forging the billet in closed die using forging equipment, semi-finish/rough/partial machining, heat treatment, drilling and finish machining the component. Most of the non-assembly areas of the fluid end are left in as-forged condition.

STATOR ASSEMBLY, MOTOR, COMPRESSOR, AND REFRIGERATION DEVICE

A stator assembly, a motor, a compressor and a refrigeration device are provided. The stator assembly has a store core, tooth parts, and windings. The tooth parts are arranged on an inside wall of the stator core and distributed in a circumferential direction of the stator core. Grooves are defined between every two adjacent tooth parts. The tooth parts have a first tooth. The windings are arranged on the tooth parts by being initially wound on the first tooth and, subsequently passing through the grooves on both sides of the first tooth when being wound on other tooth parts.

There is provided a compressor including: a piston that reciprocates inside a cylinder; a valve plate that closes an end portion of the cylinder; a connecting rod that supports the piston; a crankshaft that applies a rotating force to an end portion of the connecting rod; and a crankcase that rotatably supports the crankshaft. The piston is an oscillating piston that reciprocates while oscillating inside the cylinder according to rotation of the crankshaft. A central axis of an inner diameter of the cylinder is disposed at a position shifted by an offset amount e with respect to a rotation center axis of the crankshaft. An upper surface of the piston is substantially parallel to a crankcase side surface of the valve plate in a state where the piston is at a top dead center.

Oil lubricated compressor

An oil lubricated compressor having a universal motor, efficient starting and re-starting characteristics, and a long operating life. The oil lubricated compressor can have a brushed or brushless universal motor which can drive a cooling fan and a pump. The universal motor can achieve a high torque to voltage ratio, as well as a high torque to current ratio, upon starting or re-starting of the compressor. Optionally, the oil lubricated compressor can use a single cooling fan disposed in the compressor at a location which is between the universal motor and a cylinder head of the pump.
