APPARATUS FOR REDUCING SUCTION PULSATION AND SWASH PLATE TYPE COMPRESSOR COMPRISING SAME
The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing suction pulsation and a swash plate type compressor comprising same. The apparatus for reducing suction pulsation, which is installed in a swash plate type compressor and can reduce suction pulsation of a refrigerant, comprises: a case formed in a hollow container shape and having a suction port with an open upper side in the height direction and discharge openings formed by opened areas in the side wall thereof; a core portion formed inside the case, between the suction port and the discharge openings so as to be movable in the height direction; a lever having a vertical portion extending upwardly, along the side wall of the case, from one end of a horizontal portion disposed in the vicinity of the bottom wall of the case and coupled to the case such that the portion where the horizontal portion and the vertical portion meet is rotatable about a horizontal axis; and an elastic means interposed between the core portion and the horizontal portion of the lever.
Motor driven compressor
A motor-driven compressor that includes a compression unit adapted to compress refrigerant, an electric motor adapted to drive the compression unit, and a housing that accommodates the compression unit and the electric motor and includes a coupling member. A motor driving circuit drives the electric motor. The motor driving circuit includes a circuit board and a capacitor, which is electrically connected to the circuit board. A capacitor holder holds the capacitor and is coupled to the coupling member. One of the capacitor holder and the coupling member includes a projection, and the other one of the capacitor holder and the coupling member includes an engagement portion that engages with the projection. Engagement between the projection and the engagement portion positions the capacitor holder relative to the coupling member.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR EXTENDING THE LIFESPAN OF A SHAFT SEAL FOR AN OPEN-DRIVE COMPRESSOR
A device and method for extending the lifespan of a shaft seal for an open-drive compressor is provided. The device and method can also reduce and/or prevent deterioration of the shaft seal regardless of the operation condition of the open-drive compressor. The device and method can further reduce and/or prevent leakage of a lubricant and/or refrigerant that can cause deterioration of components within a transport refrigeration unit (TRU).

COMMON-ROD SERIES HYDRAULIC COMPRESSORS
A multi-cylinder fluid compressor for compressing a working fluid. The compressor includes a first gas compression cylinder, divided into axially aligned compression chambers by a first reciprocating gas piston, and a second gas compression cylinder, divided into axially aligned compression chambers by a second reciprocating gas piston. The gas compression cylinders are axially aligned and the reciprocating gas pistons are driven by a common piston rod extending through the compression cylinders and operably connected with the reciprocating gas pistons. The common piston rod is reciprocally driven by a hydraulic fluid supply system to reciprocally drive the reciprocating gas pistons. The compressor system may be operated as a multi-stage compressor system by conveying working fluid outlet from one compression chamber to the inlet of another compression chamber. Cooling may be provided between stages. One application for the compressor is in a vapor recovery system for drawing low pressure vapors that can accumulate above hydrocarbon liquids in a tank.
