Variable displacement swash-plate compressor
A variable displacement swash-plate compressor includes an actuator that changes the inclination angle of a swash plate. The actuator includes a movable body that moves along a drive shaft axis. The movable body includes an acting portion that pushes the swash plate. The swash plate includes a receiving portion that contacts and is pushed by the acting portion. The acting portion and the receiving portion contact each other at an acting position. A bottom dead center associated part for positioning the piston at a bottom dead center is defined on the swash plate. When the drive shaft and the acting position are viewed from a direction that is perpendicular to a top dead center plane containing the top dead center associated part and the drive shaft axis, the acting position is defined at a position overlapping with the drive shaft regardless of the inclination angle.
Swash plate type variable displacement compressor
A swash plate type variable displacement compressor includes a housing having therein a suction chamber, a discharge chamber a swash plate chamber and a cylinder bore. The compressor further includes a drive shaft, a swash plate and a link mechanism provided between the drive shaft and the swash plate. The compressor further includes a piston, a conversion mechanism, an actuator and a control mechanism. The actuator includes a partitioning member and a moving member, and a pressure control chamber formed therebetween. A support member is fitted on the drive shaft, and the contact of the support member with the moving member determines maximum inclination angle of the swash plate. A thrust bearing supports a thrust force. The support member includes a cylindrical portion that projects beyond the one end of the drive shaft. The position of the cylindrical portion is adjustable in the direction of the drive shaft.
Variable Capacity Compressor
A variable displacement compressor which prevents leakage of a refrigerant flowing directly into a suction chamber without passing via a crank chamber at a time of a minimum discharge displacement operation, thus making it possible to prevent an increase of a minimum discharge displacement by increasing a refrigerant pressure in the crank chamber, and in addition, making it possible to prevent insufficient lubrication of sliding portions and the like in the crank chamber.
CONTROL VALVE FOR COMPRESSOR
A compressor includes a cylinder housing having a number of pistons, a control chamber communicating with piston casings, a suction chamber and a discharge chamber communicating with the piston casings, a control valve includes a receptacle engaged in the cylinder housing, a valve member engaged in the receptacle for controlling the pressurized air to flow from the discharge chamber into the control chamber of the cylinder housing, and a valve element for controlling a bypass of the pressurized air through the receptacle. A bellow device is connected to actuate the sliding member internally, and a sliding member is slidably engaged in the control space of the receptacle, and to operate the valve element externally with a solenoid device.
CONTROL VALVE FOR COMPRESSOR

A bellow device is connected to actuate the sliding member internally, and a sliding member is slidably engaged in the control space of the receptacle, and to operate the valve element externally with a solenoid device.
CAPACITY CONTROL VALVE
There is provided a capacity control valve having a fluid discharge function at a start-up and having good operating efficiency. A capacity control valve V includes a valve housing 10; a main valve 50 including a valve body 51 driven by a solenoid 80, and a main valve seat 10a which is provided between a discharge port 12 and a control port 14 and with which the valve body 51 is contactable; and a pressure sensitive valve member 52 disposed in a pressure sensitive chamber 40 and forming a pressure sensitive valve 53, together with a pressure sensitive body 60. The control port 14 and a suction port 13 are allowed to communicate with each other through an intermediate communication passage 55 by opening the pressure sensitive valve 53. The pressure sensitive valve member 52 is provided with a through-hole 52d communicating with the intermediate communication passage 55 and has a slide valve body 90 attached thereto such that the slide valve body 90 slides relative to the pressure sensitive valve member 52 to open and close the through-hole 52d. A biasing device 91 that biases the slide valve body 90 in an opening direction is provided on a radially outer side of the slide valve body 90.
Compressor with drive and tilt mechanisms located on the same side of a swash plate
A double-headed piston swash plate type compressor includes a rotary shaft, a drive force transmitting member, a tiltable swash plate, a movable body that changes the inclination angle of the swash plate, and a control pressure chamber defined by the movable body and the drive force transmitting member, which are arranged on one side with respect to the swash plate in the axial direction of the rotary shaft. The movable body includes a bottom portion, through which the rotary shaft extends, and a cylindrical portion, which extends from the bottom portion in the axial direction of the rotary shaft to surround the rotary shaft. The cylindrical portion is permitted to move in the axial direction while sliding along a part of the drive force transmitting member, so that the inclination angle of the swash plate is changed in accordance with the internal pressure of the control pressure chamber.
