AIR COMPRESSOR
An air compressor contains a piston which is actuated by a motor to move upward and downward in a cylinder. The piston includes an air stop sheet mounted on a head thereof, and the air stop sheet has a bending section, a positioning zone, and an acting zone. A piston rod extends downward from the head and includes a cavity, an air conduit, a column extending from a bottom thereof, and a spring fitted on the column and inserting through the air channel of the head along the cavity of the piston rod so that the spring abuts against a back surface of an acting zone of an air stop sheet, the air stop sheet is forced by the spring to locate in the acting zone at an open angle θ, and the air conduit and the air channel communicate with atmosphere.
Gas transport and pressurization system
A gas transport and pressurization system, including a static valve, a compartment concentrically arranged around the static valve, a dynamic valve axially displaceable relative to the static valve, and a crankshaft connected to the dynamic valve, wherein gas from a ground gas well flows through the compartment, the dynamic valve, and the static valve to a gas outlet.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor is provided. The compressor compressing and discharging a refrigerant sucked into a cylinder comprises the cylinder configured to form a compressed space of the refrigerant and having a cylindrical shape; a piston configured to reciprocate axially in the cylinder and having a cylindrical shape; an intake valve disposed at a front of the piston; a fixing member disposed outside the piston; a rod comprising one end disposed at the intake valve and configured to extend axially; a first elastic member connected to the fixing member and other side of the rod; a second elastic member disposed to be spaced apart from a rear of the first elastic member and connected to the fixing member and the other side of the rod; and a first spacer insert-injected with the first elastic member and the second elastic member.
AIR COMPRESSOR SYSTEM
Systems are provided for an air compressor system. In one example, a system includes a housing, a piston arranged in the housing, and a crankshaft arranged in the housing, the crankshaft coupled to a connecting rod of the piston, and the crankshaft forces the piston to oscillate from a first end of the housing to a second end, the piston pressurizing air in the housing to a first pressure at the first end and to a second pressure at the second end, the second pressure greater than the first.
LINEAR COMPRESSOR
A linear compressor is provided. The linear compressor may include a piston having a first piston groove and a second piston groove.
Compressor valve arrangement
According to the present invention, there is provided a compressor including: a piston reciprocated in a cylinder; a valve seat plate provided with a port through which a fluid passes along with the reciprocation of the piston; a valve provided in the valve seat plate to open/close the port; a valve receiver regulating the degree of opening of the valve; and a stress suppression member provided between the valve and the valve receiver, wherein the stress suppression member includes a valve exposing portion exposing the valve.
Electrical inflator
An electrical inflator has a cylindrical shell, an electrical aeration pump, an illumination assembly, a cell base and a switch assembly. The cylindrical shell has a tube, a front cover and a rear cover. The electrical aeration pump is mounted in the tube near the front cover and has a gas outlet located in the tube. The illumination assembly is mounted in the tube towards the front cover. The cell base is mounted in the tube behind the electrical aeration pump. The cell base has at least one cell. The switch assembly is mounted in the tube and electrically connects to the cell base, the electrical aeration pump and the illumination assembly.
Vehicle-mounted electric oil-free air compressor
A vehicle-mounted electric oil-free air compressor, including a motor, a box body, a piston, and a flywheel shaft. The motor is fixed on the box body, a cylinder cover is at the top of the box body, a main shaft of the motor includes a coupling driving end, the flywheel shaft is driven by an elastic body to rotate. The piston includes a primary intake valve piece and a primary exhaust valve piece, the box body is provided with a secondary cavity, a secondary exhaust valve piece is provided at a vent hole on one side of the cavity, and the primary exhaust valve piece is also a secondary intake valve piece of the compressor, increasing the exhaust pressure. When the piston reciprocates, the stress is balanced and the vibration is small, and with the assistance of a high-efficiency flywheel, the operation of the air compressor is stable.
LINEAR COMPRESSOR
A linear compressor is provided that may include a shell provided with a refrigerant inlet; a cylinder provided inside of the shell to form a compression space; a piston that reciprocates inside of the cylinder to compress a refrigerant in the compression space; and a motor assembly that provides a drive force to the piston and provided with a permanent magnet. The piston may include a piston body having a cylindrical outer circumferential surface and a surface-treated area, which may be processed with a material having a predetermined hardness value, and a valve support provided at an end of the piston body and having a suctioning hole be in communication with the compression space. The valve support may form a first non-surface-treated area, which is not surface-treated.
Cylinder piston for an air compressor
A cylinder piston for an air compressor, in particular for a two-stage air compressor, has at least two channel openings integrated in the piston surface of the cylinder piston, which are designed as an inlet valve and/or as an outlet valve for air in a compression chamber of the cylinder. A coherent, one-piece and flexible bending sealing element is provided inside or covering the channel openings. The sealing element for the at least two or a plurality of channel openings enables an inflow into a channel opening or outflow from a channel opening, wherein the at least two channel openings through the flexible bending sealing element can be designed independently of one another as an inlet valve or as an outlet valve. Also provided is a cylinder with at least one cylinder piston and an air compressor with such a cylinder.
