The housing has an insertion hole. The fastening member has a shank inserted into the insertion hole, a flange applying a fastening force to the cover member through a rubber washer, and a positioning portion defining positions of the shank and the flange relative to the housing. The cover member is supported on the housing. Stiffness of the rubber washer is greater than stiffness of the sealing member.
SUCTION MUFFLER
The invention concerns a suction silencer (1) for an encapsulated refrigerant compressor, with an inlet (5), an outlet (6), a damping chamber (7) connecting the inlet (5) and the outlet (6) for sound attenuation, and an equalization chamber connected to the damping chamber (7) for equalizing the pressure of the damping chamber (7),
wherein the suction silencer (1) is provided in the operating position for integration in a compressor housing (20) of the refrigerant compressor having a bottom area (21) for reception of an oil sump (26).
To ensure a continuous pressure equalization between the damping chamber (7) and the environment even during start-up of the refrigerant compressor, it is intended in accordance with the invention that the equalization chamber is designed as a first equalization chamber (11) with a first opening (9) for pressure equalization and the suction silencer (1) has a further, second equalization chamber (14) with a second opening (10) for pressure equalization.
Silent air pump box and intelligent adjustment mattress
The present disclosure discloses a silent air pump box comprising a box body, an upper cover, a supporting platform, an air pump, an air valve, an air pipe and a silencing pipe. The present disclosure further provides an intelligent adjustment mattress, which comprises the silent air pump box and an airbag layer, wherein the silent air pump box is provided at the tail of the mattress.
COMPRESSOR AND SOUND INSULATING MEMBER FOR COMPRESSOR
The present invention relates to a compressor and a sound insulating member for a compressor, the compressor comprising: a cylindrical shell; a first shell cover and a second shell cover which cover both open ends of the shell; a plurality of legs extending from an outer surface of the shell and fixed to an installation space; a suction pipe connected to the first shell cover and through which a refrigerant flows; a terminal provided on an outer circumferential surface of the shell and connected to a power supply terminal; a process pipe connected to an outer circumferential surface of the shell for replenishing the refrigerant; and a sound insulating member provided with a discharge pipe, which is connected to an outer circumferential surface of the shell and through which the compressed refrigerant is discharged, and a coupling part which is formed in a sheet shape closely contacting the outer circumferential surface of the shell to block vibration noises of the shell and has both ends coming into contact so as to be bound to each other.
GAS SUPPLYING APPARATUS
A gas supplying apparatus includes a compressor, a housing having an exhaust port, and an exhaust duct. The housing has a circumferential wall and a top wall. The circumferential wall has an access section. The exhaust port is provided on at least one of the circumferential wall and the top wall at a location higher than the access section. The exhaust duct includes a discharge port for discharging the air, exhausted from the exhaust port, to the outside. The discharge port is opened upward or opened downward in an area overlapping the top wall in an up-and-down direction.
Standby generator with air intake on rear wall and exhaust opening on front wall
A standby generator includes an engine including an output shaft, an alternator, and an enclosure including a base and a number of walls extending from the base including a front wall, a rear wall, a first wall, and a second wall. The standby generator includes an intake opening configured to allow air to be drawn into the enclosure and an exhaust opening configured to allow heated air and exhaust gases to be expelled from the enclosure. The intake opening is provided on the rear wall proximate the first wall and the exhaust opening is provided on the front wall proximate the second wall. The air drawn into the enclosure at the first intake opening directly flows over the engine and is expelled through the exhaust opening.
Silencer
A silencer includes: a housing that has a draw-in portion drawing in fluid, and a plurality of sound attenuating portions arranged in a flowing direction of the fluid; a first partition provided with an intermediate communicating portion communicating the most downstream attenuating portion with the adjacent attenuating portion located adjacent to the most downstream attenuating portion; a valve portion disposed in the most downstream attenuating portion, the valve portion being capable of closing the intermediate communicating portion; a valve holding portion holding the valve portion, the valve holding portion being detachably attached to the housing; and a draw-out portion provided in a portion of the most downstream attenuating portion other than the valve holding portion, the draw-out portion drawing out the fluid from the most downstream attenuating portion.
Method of reducing air compressor noise
A compressor assembly having a tank seal which seals a tank gap between a portion of a housing of the compressor assembly and a portion of a compressed gas tank and a method for controlling the sound level of a compressor assembly by configuring a tank seal to seal a gap between the housing of a compressor assembly and a compressed gas tank. The sound level of the compressor assembly can be controlled by sealing a tank gap between at least a portion of a compressor assembly housing and at least a portion of a compressed gas tank.
