REFRIGERATION APPARATUS AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
A refrigeration apparatus and a production method thereof. The refrigeration apparatus includes a silencing device. The silencing device includes a silencing channel, and the silencing channel is communicated with an inner vent of a compressor bin and an outer vent of a housing. The silencing device is provided in a foaming space and thus does not occupy a space inside the refrigeration apparatus. The compressor bin is connected with the outside through the silencing channel, thus reducing noise radiated outwards from the compressor bin.

A linear compressor includes a shell including an intake pipe configured to suction a refrigerant, a cylinder provided inside the shell, a piston configured to reciprocate inside the cylinder, the piston including a piston body and a piston flange, and an intake muffler coupled to the piston and configured to flow a refrigerant suctioned through the intake pipe into the piston body and reduce a flow noise of the suctioned refrigerant. The intake muffler includes a first muffler disposed in the piston body, a second muffler disposed below the first muffler and configured to communicate with the first muffler, and a third muffler configured to accommodate a portion of a rear end of the first muffler and the second muffler.

Compressor head fixing device, a compressor and a refrigeration device. The compressor head fixing device includes a cylinder block and a cylinder head cover, the cylinder head cover being connected to the cylinder block by a fastener, the cylinder block being provided with a compression chamber and an assembly hole configured to fix the fastener; a noise reduction chamber, provided on the cylinder block; and a communication passage, provided in the cylinder block and the cylinder head cover, and being in communication with the assembly hole, the noise reduction chamber and the compression chamber. The compressor head fixing device has a compact structure, a length of the exhaust passage is shortened and the exhaust pressure is reduced.
SILENCER AND EJECTOR IN WHICH SILENCER IS USED
A silencer is equipped with a hollow tubular portion in which a discharge flow passage is formed that communicates on one end side thereof with a discharge port of a fluid pressure device (ejector) through which a pressure fluid is discharged, a cap member attached to another end part of the tubular portion, a sound absorbing member attached to an inner wall surface of the tubular portion, and a plurality of discharge ports adapted to discharge the pressure fluid, which has passed through the discharge flow passage in an axial direction of the tubular portion, in radial directions perpendicular to the axial direction.
Connecting structure, exhaust silencer, silencer, and compressor
A connecting structure, an exhaust silencer, a silencer and a compressor are provided. The connecting structure has a connecting housing and an exhaust pipe assembly. The connecting housing has a silencing chamber and a sealing portion. One end of the exhaust pipe assembly passes through the sealing portion and extends into the silencing chamber. Another end of the exhaust pipe assembly is arranged outside the connecting housing. Thus, the silencing chamber is in communication with an outside space of the connecting housing through the exhaust pipe assembly.
