COMPRESSOR INCLUDING DISCHARGE PLENUM
Provided are a discharge plenum integrated with a valve stopper and a linear compressor including the discharge plenum. The valve stopper includes a radial member that extends radially and an axial member that extends axially from a radial inner end of the radial member. The axial member may have a tubular shape. The axial member may define a slot flow path that extends axially. The radial member may include a peripheral hole that extends axially. The radial inner side of the radial member may define a central hole of the axial member. The slot flow path and the peripheral hole may minimize a pressure drop and energy loss of a high-pressure fluid flowing from a compression portion to a discharge portion.
One-way valve device
A one-way valve device for air compressors including a disc-shaped element having a plurality of holes for flow of the air distributed along a portion having a circular crown extension, a sheet superposed on the disc-shaped element for occluding the holes, the sheet being susceptible to lifting due to the pushing action exerted by the air flowing through the holes, a spring opposing the lifting of the sheet, a containment and covering dome.
Linear compressor
Provided is a linear compressor. The linear compressor includes a shell defining an internal space and a compressor body disposed in the internal space. Also, the shell includes a shell body having both ends that are opened and a suction shell cover and a discharge shell cover, which are respectively coupled to both the ends of the shell body to close the internal space. Here, the discharge shell cover is provided in shape that is capable of assisting heat dissipation of the frame.
Valve and fluid control device
A fluid control device (111) includes a valve section (12) and a blower section (13). The valve section (12) allows fluid to flow in one direction. The valve section (12) has the shape of a cylindrical container with a valve chamber (40) provided therein. The valve section (12) includes a top plate (21), a side-wall plate (22), a bottom plate (23), and a film (24). A plurality of ejection holes (41) and a plurality of auxiliary holes (49) arranged in a predetermined pattern are formed in a central region of the top plate (21). A plurality of communication holes (43) arranged in a predetermined pattern are formed in a central region of the bottom plate (23). A plurality of film holes (42) arranged in a predetermined pattern are formed in a central region of the film (24).
LINEAR COMPRESSOR
A linear compressor includes a discharge valve detachably attached to a front end surface of a cylinder to open and close a compression space of the cylinder; and a valve spring elastically supporting a rear surface of the discharge valve to press the discharge valve toward the front end surface of the cylinder. The discharge valve includes reinforced fiber, and the reinforced fiber is arranged parallel to the front end surface of the cylinder. Accordingly, while a rigidity of the discharge valve is improved, a weight of the valve is reduced to enhance responsiveness of the valve, suppress abrasion of the cylinder, and reduce striking sound.
LINEAR COMPRESSOR
A linear compressor is provided. The linear compressor may include a cylinder that defines a compression space for a refrigerant; a piston that axially reciprocates inside the cylinder; a motor configured to provide a drive force to the piston; a discharge valve configured to discharge the refrigerant compressed in the compression space; and a discharge cover having a discharge space in which the refrigerant discharged through the discharge valve flows. The discharge valve and the discharge cover may be arranged inside the motor.
Linear compressor with sound dampening gaskets
A linear compressor is provided that may include a cylinder which defines a compression space for a refrigerant and into which a piston that reciprocates in an axial direction may be inserted, a frame in which the cylinder may be accommodated, a discharge valve that selectively discharges the refrigerant compressed in the compression space for the refrigerant, a spring assembly coupled to the discharge valve, a discharge cover on which the spring assembly may be seated and having a discharge space through which the refrigerant discharged through the discharge valve may flow, and a first gasket seated inside of the discharge cover to support the spring assembly and attenuate vibration during an operation of the discharge valve.
AIR FLOW GENERATING DEVICE
An air flow generating device includes an enclosing wall, a frame sheet, a cover film, and a vibrating part. The frame sheet is disposed inside an air flow passage formed by the enclosing wall and closely contacts the air flow passage by its periphery. The cover film includes a central connection portion fixed to a central portion of the frame sheet, and a plurality of movable cover portions connected to the central connection portion. The cover film is between the frame sheet and an outlet of the air flow passage. The movable cover portions selectively cover a plurality of through holes of the frame sheet. The vibrating part is fixed on the frame sheet. When the vibrating part vibrates, the central portion and the central connection portion move together with the vibrating part so that the movable cover portions seal the through holes or move relative to the through holes.

A linear compressor is provided that may include a shell, a cylinder accommodated into the shell and defining a compression space for a refrigerant, a frame to which the cylinder may be fixed, a piston that reciprocates within the cylinder in an axial direction and compresses a refrigerant supplied to the compression space, a discharge valve that discharges the refrigerant compressed in the compression space, a discharge cover coupled to the frame and defining a discharge space in which the refrigerant discharged from the compression space by opening of the discharge valve may be collected, a valve spring that supports the discharge valve, and a support integrally formed with the valve spring by insert injection molding and coupled to the discharge cover. The valve spring may define one or more holes filled with a molding liquid used to form the support in the insert injection molding of the support.
Linear compressor
A linear compressor includes a shell, a frame in the shell, a cylinder defining a compression space, a piston in the cylinder, a motor assembly configured to drive the piston, a discharge cover unit defining a discharge space, a discharge valve configured to selectively open and close the compression space, and a valve spring assembly configured to provide elastic force that causes the discharge valve to contact the cylinder. The discharge cover unit includes a cover housing that defines an opening configured to communicate with the discharge space, a discharge cover that inserts into the cover housing through the opening, that contacts an inner surface of the cover housing, and that covers the opening, and a fixing ring configured to be positioned at an inner surface of the discharge cover. A thermal expansion coefficient of the fixing ring is greater than that of the discharge cover.
