When the piston reciprocates, the stress is balanced and the vibration is small, and with the assistance of a high-efficiency flywheel, the operation of the air compressor is stable.
Cylinder assemble structure for compact air compressor
A cylinder coupling structure of a compact air compressor includes a block, a tubular-shaped cylinder assembled to the block, a valve cover which covers the valve assembly, and at least one pressurized bolt which assembles the valve cover and the block. A piston is reciprocated inside the cylinder. A stator is assembled to the block, a rotator is located to relatively rotate as to the stator, and a crank axis is assembled to the rotator to integrally rotate with the rotator to be axially supported in the block and to be rotatable. A connecting rod, each of both ends thereof is connected to the crank axis and the piston, respectively.
Linear compressor
Provided is a linear compressor. The linear compressor includes a shell defining an internal space and a compressor body disposed in the internal space. Also, the shell includes a shell body having both ends that are opened and a suction shell cover and a discharge shell cover, which are respectively coupled to both the ends of the shell body to close the internal space. Here, the discharge shell cover is provided in shape that is capable of assisting heat dissipation of the frame.
LINEAR COMPRESSOR
A linear compressor includes a hole that is defined in a discharge cover, and is configured such that a portion of a refrigerant discharged through an opened discharge valve is guided to flow to the hole. Accordingly, a discharge passage for the refrigerant used as a gas bearing may be easily defined.
Hydraulic fluid pump and retainer assembly for same
A fluid end assembly of a hydraulic fluid pump includes a housing having a first housing bore and a second housing bore offset axially from the first housing bore. A plate is fastened to the housing. The plate has a first plate bore axially aligned with the first housing bore and a second plate bore axially aligned with the second housing bore. A first removable valve cover closes the first housing bore and a second removable valve cover closes the second housing bore. A first retainer engages the first plate bore and abuts the first removable valve cover and a second retainer engages the second plate bore and abuts the second removable valve cover.
Mechanism for restraining fuel pressure pulsation and high pressure fuel supply pump of internal combustion engine with such mechanism
A high pressure fuel pump includes a pump housing, pressure and damper chambers, a metal diaphragm, a press-fitted portion, and a weld portion. The pressure chamber is provided in the pump housing. The damper chamber is formed by the pump housing and a damper cover. The metal diaphragm damper is arranged in the damper chamber. At the press-fitted portion, an annular surface of the damper cover is press fitted to an annular surface of the pump housing. The weld portion fixes the damper cover to the pump housing at an entire circumference of the press-fitted portion.
Fluid transfer and depressurization system
A gas transfer and depressurization system that is configured to transfer gas from a first location to a second location wherein during the transfer of gas the pressure of the first location is reduced. The gas transfer and depressurization system includes a drive chamber having an interior volume with a drive assembly movably disposed therein. A first cylinder and a second cylinder are operably coupled to the drive chamber on opposing sides thereof. The drive assembly includes a drive rod having portions extending into the first cylinder and second cylinder wherein the drive rod has pistons formed on opposing ends thereof. A controller is operably coupled to a compressed air source and is configured to provide compressed air into said drive chamber so as to reciprocally move the drive assembly. Gas blocks and coupling block are additionally present and facilitate flow of gas intermediate the first and second cylinders.
INFLATABLE PUMP
