Reciprocating compressor, compression section unit, and maintenance method of reciprocating compressor
A reciprocating compressor is provided with a compression section which compresses gas, and a crank section which has a crankshaft and drives the compression section. The compression section is provided with a wall body portion which includes a cylinder and constitutes a wall body of the compression section, a cylinder head attached to the cylinder, a piston which reciprocates within the cylinder, a piston rod which couples the crankshaft and the piston, and at least one sealing member fixed to the wall body portion and disposed in the circumference of the piston rod. The wall body portion has a first boundary wall which forms the boundary with the crank section in the crank section side with respect to the at least one sealing member and acts as a division surface when the crank section and the compression section are separated.
Introduced in a System for Connecting Refrigerant Fluid Discharge Tubes to Cylinder Caps of Hermetic Compressors, and Corresponding Process of Performing Thereof
The present invention belongs to the technological field of compressors for cooling systems and, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connecting device includes a substantially cylindrical or tubular body provided, at one of its ends, with an outer perimetral projection and co-operative with a duct or channel of a cylinder cap, wherein, preferably, the device will be produced with steel, aluminum alloy, or other metal alloy with similar structural and thermal properties, mainly due to the stresses it may suffer during use and to be able to absorb the tolerance variations and to have a resilience capable of providing resistance at the time the connection undergoes mechanical stresses of performanceespecially torsion.
Reciprocating compressor with vapor injection system
A compressor assembly is provided and may include a first compression cylinder, a first compression piston disposed within the first compression cylinder that compresses a vapor disposed within the first compression cylinder, and a crankshaft that cycles the first compression piston within the first compression cylinder. The compressor assembly may additionally include a first control piston moveable between a first state restricting passage of intermediate-pressure fluid into the first compression cylinder and a second state permitting passage of intermediate-pressure fluid into the first compression cylinder.
Valve connector for integral high pressure cylinder unloader valve
A valve stem for use with an air compressor includes an upper portion, a connecting portion, an extended intermediate portion positioned between the upper portion and the connecting portion, and a lower tapered portion positioned on a bottom surface of the connecting portion. The valve stem may define a through hole extending from a top surface of the valve stem to a bottom surface of the valve stem. An upper portion of the through hole may be threaded. The upper portion may include a hexagonal cross-sectional shape. The lower tapered portion may include an inclined surface that transitions from a larger diameter to a smaller diameter. The valve stem allows for fluid connection from a pressurized volume to atmosphere.
SUCTION PULSATION REDUCTION APPARATUS OF SWASH PLATE-TYPE COMPRESSOR
The present invention relates to a suction pulsation reducing device of a swash plate type compressor, and more particularly, to a suction pulsation reduction apparatus provided on a suction channel formed in a rear head of a swash plate type compressor, in which a moving range of a core portion is limited and all parts to be mounted on a suction channel are integrally formed in a case.
Single piece valve plate assembly for a reciprocating compressor, the valve plate assembly including a valve plate and a suction valve retainer that are integrally formed as a unitary body
A valve plate assembly for a compressor according to the principles of the present disclosure includes a valve plate and a suction valve retainer. The valve plate is configured to separate suction-pressure working fluid entering a cylinder of the compressor from discharge-pressure working fluid exiting the cylinder of the compressor. The valve plate defines a discharge valve seat. The suction valve retainer is configured to retain a suction valve within a suction valve seat disposed about a central longitudinal axis of the cylinder.
COMPRESSOR
The present application discloses a compressor including a crank shaft, a first reciprocation converter, a first cylinder body, a first pressurizing portion, a second reciprocation converter, which is connected to the crank shaft with a phase different by 180 degrees from the first reciprocation converter, a second cylinder body, a second pressurizing portion, and a connecting portion configured to interconnect the compression chambers. The compression chambers are arranged so that a timing at which the gas is discharged from a specific compression chamber among the compression chambers becomes the same as a timing at which the discharged gas is suctioned into another compression chamber at a higher side by one stage than the specific compression chamber.
Air compressor
An improved air compressor includes a cylinder that is fitted with a piston body and defines at its top wall a plurality of exit holes having different diameters and communicating between the cylinder and an air storage container. The exit holes are sealed by plugs and compression springs. The exit holes allow the compressed air produced in the cylinder to enter the air storage container more quickly. When the piston body approaches the top wall of the cylinder, one exit hole, with a smaller diameter, allows the compressed air to enter the air storage container more easily. The exit holes with different diameters allow the piston body to move in the cylinder more smoothly, and thus the efficiency of inflating an object can be increased.
Split-chamber rotary engine improvements
This invention relates to the field of internal combustion engines and compressors in general and to linear compressors, in particular these used as in U.S. Pat. No. 8,056,527, by accurately controlling the pressure being delivered into the combustion chambers of said engine while returning unused energy of the compression phase into the motor for complete expansion. Another improvement relates to a pressure compensated vane to be used inside grooves of the motor assembly rotor. This invention enables the vane to seal against the cavity of the housing tightly with minimal force.
AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED SORBENT BODY
An air conditioning system for a vehicle includes a refrigerant circulating through a closed system including a condenser, a compressor, and an evaporator. A sorbent body, which may be a desiccant-entrained polymer, is disposed inside the compressor to remove moisture from the refrigerant passing therethrough.
