The linear compressor may include a cylinder that defines a compression space for a refrigerant; a piston that axially reciprocates inside the cylinder; a motor configured to provide a drive force to the piston; a discharge valve configured to discharge the refrigerant compressed in the compression space; and a discharge cover having a discharge space in which the refrigerant discharged through the discharge valve flows. The discharge valve and the discharge cover may be arranged inside the motor.
HORIZONTAL GAS COMPRESSOR WITH FREE LIFTING PISTON
A reciprocating gas horizontal compressor with free lifting piston, which includes a piston with straight ends and compression chamber inclined, a crankcase in which are mounted a crankshaft, a connecting rod fixed to a cross head through a bolt which alternately drives into a cross-head body a piston rod in some distance pieces and a cylinder body which contain a cylinder liner, in which is moving rectilinear and alternatively an improved piston, provided with straight ends and compression chamber inclined in areas (m) and (k), with the same angle and in the same plane as the zone (p) from a cylinder head element and respectively in area (n) from a cylinder head element and some magnets fixed to a piston and some magnets fixed in a cylinder and outside and the lower part of a cylinder liner, through which the piston is free lifting on the stroke length with reduced friction.
LINEAR COMPRESSOR
A compressor includes a cylinder comprising a cylinder body which has a cylindrical shape and defining a compression space for refrigerant gas, a piston configured to be reciprocated in an axial direction within the cylinder body and to compress the refrigerant gas in the compression space, and a frame in which the cylinder is received, the frame defining a gas hole, one side of the gas hole communicating with outside so that the refrigerant gas is introduced, the other side of the gas hole extending up to an inner circumferential surface so as to guide the refrigerant gas.
CYLINDRICAL COMPRESSOR WITH STANDARDIZED SHELL AND CORE
Systems, devices, and methods of manufacture are provided for a cylindrical compressor with a standardized shell and core. The compressor including a cylindrical cast metal shell having a shell bore extending longitudinally therethrough and configured to receive a cylindrical cast metal core. The core having a core bore extending longitudinally therethrough defining a core bore diameter within a predefined range of diameters and corresponding to a shell bore diameter. The core having an outer diameter configured to provide an interference fit between the core and the shell when the core is disposed within the shell. The compressor including a plurality of valve assemblies extending through the shell and the core so as to interface a valve of the valve assembly with the core bore and further including cylinder head coupled to the shell, a piston rod assembly configured within the core bore, and a packing case coupled to the core.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor includes: a cylinder in which a piston is accommodated, the cylinder defining a compression space that is configured, based on the piston reciprocating in an axial direction, to compress a refrigerant gas therein, and a frame configured to accommodate the cylinder therein and defining a gas hole configured to pass the refrigerant gas therethrough. The gas hole is configured to communicate with an outside of the frame to receive the refrigerant gas and communicate with a gas pocket that is defined between an inner circumferential surface of the frame and an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder. The outer circumferential surface of the cylinder or the inner circumferential surface of the frame provides a plurality of restrictor regions partitioned by a gas supply passage, the gas supply passage defined to be recessed at the cylinder and configured to communicate with the gas hole.
System for connecting refrigerant fluid discharge tubes to cylinder caps of hermetic compressors and process thereof
The present invention belongs to the technological field of compressors for cooling systems and, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connecting device a substantially cylindrical or tubular body provided, at one of its ends, with an outer perimetral projection and co-operative with a duct or channel of a cylinder cap, wherein, preferably, the device will be produced with steel, aluminum alloy, or other metal alloy with similar structural and thermal properties, mainly due to the stresses it may suffer during use and to be able to absorb the tolerance variations and to have a resilience capable of providing resistance at the time the connection undergoes mechanical stresses of performanceespecially torsion.
Linear compressor
A linear compressor is provided.
Linear compressor
Provided is a linear compressor comprising a cylinder, a piston, a cylinder shell, a linear motor stator, a magnetic levitation bearing and a mover. One end of the cylinder shell is sleeved on the cylinder, and another end of the cylinder shell is provided with a mounting cavity communicating with the cylinder cavity. A cavity wall of the mounting cavity is respectively provided with a stator mounting groove and a protrusion in a circumferential direction thereof. The linear motor stator is mounted in the stator mounting groove. The magnetic levitation bearing is disposed on the cavity wall of the mounting cavity. The mover includes a mover rod and a magnetic member disposed on the mover rod, and the mover rod is connected with the piston. The use of magnetic levitation bearing can avoid mechanical friction caused by direct contact of the mover with the linear motor stator.
