A linear compressor is provided, The linear compressor may include a cylinder; a frame coupled to an outer side of the cylinder; a cylinder groove defined on an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder; and a sealing member provided in the cylinder groove. The sealing member may be provided between the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder and an inner circumferential surface of the frame.

A linear compressor is provided. The linear compressor may include a cylinder including a cylinder body that defines a compression space for a refrigerant and a cylinder flange that extends from the cylinder body in a radial direction; a piston that reciprocates within the cylinder in an axial direction; and a frame coupled to the cylinder. The frame may include a frame body into which the cylinder body may be inserted and a first press-fitting portion press-fitted into the cylinder flange.

A linear compressor is provided that may include a compressor casing including a cylindrical shell and a pair of shell that covers both ends of the shell; a frame fixed to an inside of the shell; a cylinder accommodated in the shell and defining a compression space for a refrigerant; a piston inserted into the cylinder to linearly reciprocate in an axial direction of the cylinder and compress the refrigerant provided to the compression space; a motor assembly including a motor that provides power for a linear reciprocating motion to the piston, and a motor support that supports the motor; a spring that allows a resonant motion of the piston; a back cover that supports the spring; and a stopper provided in one of the pair of shell covers and contacting the back cover when the motor assembly vibrates in a radial direction of the cylinder, thereby preventing the motor assembly from colliding with the shell.

A sealed compressor housing includes a tubular top cover and a tubular lower housing each with an elliptical horizontal cross section that can be snap-fitted together. Major and minor axial centerlines of the top cover and the lower housing respectively coincide with each other. A terminal pin is provided on the lower housing and is disposed axially symmetrical about a centerline of the terminal pin. A portion of the top face on the side of the terminal pin and a front side of the top face are higher than a rear side thereof. A bottom outer surface of the lower housing has a smooth ellipsoid shape. An angle is formed between the centerline of the terminal pin and the major axial centerlines.

An air compressor includes an air storage container, a cylinder fitted with a piston body and a main frame for mounting a motor. The cylinder and the main frame are integrally formed of plastic. The air storage container is detachably mounted to the cylinder. The main frame is provided with though holes for guiding the air flow, generated by a cooling fan, to flow through the main frame. The main frame is formed with two lateral walls and a bottom wall to form a U-shaped wind collecting shell. The second portion of the main frame is held by multiple radial braces, which facilitates the air flow being introduced through the main frame for rapidly dissipating the heat generated from the reciprocating motion of the piston body, so that the operational security can be increased. The non-metal air compressor may lead to a reduction of the manufacturing cost and the weight.

Linear compressor

A linear compressor includes a cylinder, a discharge valve, a valve spring pressing the discharge valve to close one side of the cylinder, and a spring support portion providing a support point for the valve spring to press the discharge valve. The valve spring includes a first spring arm whose center is connected to the discharge valve and extending spirally, a second spring arm spaced apart from the first spring arm by a predetermined distance with respect to an axial direction of the cylinder and extending spirally toward an outer portion according to a shape of the first spring arm, and a rubber damper connecting the first spring arm and the second spring arm and fixing relative positions of the first spring arm and the second spring arm.
