Diaphragm compressor system and method
A roll-diaphragm compressor and a roll-diaphragm compressors system, including methods for manufacturing and using same. The roll-diaphragm compressor includes a compressor body having a concave portion that defines a rounded interface wall and an apex portion adjacent to the concave portion that comprises an inlet and outlet port. The roll-diaphragm compressor also includes a flexible roll-diaphragm coupled to the compressor body about a compressor body edge and a compression chamber defined by the concave portion, apex portion and roll-diaphragm. The roll-diaphragm compressor further includes a piston head rigidly coupled to a central portion of the roll-diaphragm and configured to drive the roll-diaphragm to a first configuration where the roll-diaphragm engages the interface wall as part of a compression cycle.
Roundel structure for five-compressing-chamber diaphragm pump
A roundel structure for a five-compressing-chamber diaphragm pump includes a cylindrical or inverted frustoconical eccentric roundel in an eccentric roundel mount. The cylindrical or inverted frustoconical eccentric roundel includes an annular positioning groove or indentation, a vertical or inverted frustoconical flank and a sloped top ring extending from the annular positioning groove or indentation to the flank. The sloped top ring eliminates the oblique high frequency pull and squeezing phenomena that occurs in a conventional tubular eccentric roundel arrangement.
Diaphragm Pump
A diaphragm pump has at least one pump chamber, the pump chamber being connected to an inlet chamber via an inlet valve and to an outlet chamber via an outlet valve. The inlet valve has an inlet opening which can be closed by an inlet valve body, and the outlet valve has an outlet opening which can be closed by an outlet valve body. The outlet opening surrounds the inlet opening, or the inlet opening surrounds the outlet opening.
COMPACT PUMP AND DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY USED THEREIN
A compact pump includes a case, a diaphragm assembly is disposed in the case at an upper position and includes diaphragm units which form respective pump chambers, and a swing body is disposed in the case at a lower position and moves the plural diaphragm units in the top-bottom direction. The diaphragm assembly has intake valve elements for opening and closing respective air introduction holes. An upper cover of the case has an exhaust hole and ring-shaped recesses. The upper cover has tubular inner wall surfaces defining the respective ring-shaped recesses. The diaphragm assembly includes tubular exhaust valve elements which are disposed in the respective ring-shaped recesses so as to contact with plural respective tubular inner wall surfaces and a rib which is disposed at its center in the vicinity of the exhaust hole and connects center-side outer wall surfaces of the tubular exhaust valve elements.
Sequentially activated multi-diaphragm foam pumps, refill units and dispenser systems
A sequentially activated multi-diaphragm foam pump for a foam dispenser includes a housing with a liquid pump portion and air pump portion secured. The liquid pump portion has a liquid inlet and valve, a liquid pump diaphragm, a liquid outlet and outlet valve. The air pump portion has a first and second air inlet and air inlet valve, a first and second air pump diaphragm, and a first and second air outlet. The foam pump also includes a mixing chamber that is in fluid communication with the liquid outlet, the first second air outlets. The liquid pump diaphragm, the first and second air pump diaphragms, operate in sequential order and the foamy mixture is dispensed through an outlet that is in fluid communication with the mixing chamber.
COMPRESSOR WITH DUAL BIMORPH SYNTHETIC JET ASSEMBLIES
A compressor includes a plurality of synthetic jet assemblies. Each synthetic jet assembly of the plurality of synthetic jet assemblies is in fluid communication with at least one other synthetic jet assembly of the plurality of synthetic jet assemblies. Each synthetic jet assembly of the plurality of synthetic jet assemblies includes a first side plate and a second side plate. The first side plate includes a first bimorph piezoelectric structure. The second side plate includes a second bimorph piezoelectric structure. The first side plate and the second side plate define a first fluid cavity extending between the first side plate and the second side plate.
BYPASS AND DEMAND PUMP AND VALVE SYSTEM FOR BYPASS AND DEMAND PUMP
A diaphragm pump such as a three-chamber diaphragm pump includes a head having an inlet port and an outlet port and defining an inlet side including inlet chambers; and an outlet side having a center outlet chamber. Each of the inlet chambers includes an associated inlet valve. A single shutoff valve controlling fluid flow to the center outlet chamber and a single bypass valve in fluid communication between the center outlet chamber and the inlet side. The single shutoff valve has a plunger with an oval cross-section extending into the center outlet chamber. The single shutoff valve and the single bypass valve have adjustable pressure set points that are adjustable independently of one another.
SEQUENTIALLY ACTIVATED MULTI-DIAPHRAGM FOAM PUMPS, REFILL UNITS AND DISPENSER SYSTEMS
A sequentially activated multi-diaphragm foam pump for a foam dispenser includes a housing with a liquid pump portion and air pump portion secured to the housing. The liquid pump portion has a liquid inlet, a liquid inlet valve, a liquid pump diaphragm, a liquid outlet valve, and a liquid outlet. The air pump portion has a first and second air inlet, a first and second air inlet valve, a first and second air pump diaphragm, and a first and second air outlet. The sequentially activated multi-diaphragm foam pump also includes a mixing chamber that is in fluid communication with the liquid outlet, the first air outlet, and the second air outlet. The liquid pump diaphragm, the first air pump diaphragm, and the second air pump diaphragm operate in sequential order. The liquid pump diaphragm pumps liquid into the mixing chamber, the first air pump diaphragm pumps air into the mixing chamber to mix with the liquid to form a liquid air mixture, and the second air pump diaphragm pumps air into the mixing chamber to mix with the liquid air mixture to form a foamy mixture. The foamy mixture is dispensed through an outlet that is in fluid communication with the mixing chamber.
FLUID CONTROL DEVICE
A fluid control device (10) includes a container (13), a pump (11), a solenoid valve (12), and a capacitor. The pump (11) is driven by a main power source, and is capable of pressurizing or depressurizing the inside of the container (13). A suction port and a discharge port of the pump (11) internally communicate with each other. The solenoid valve (12) is connected at both ends thereof to the container (13) and the pump (11). If the voltage of the main power source is reduced or lost, the solenoid valve (12) releases pressure in the container (13) by being driven by the power stored in the capacitor or secondary battery.
Drip Tight Pump
A drip tight pump includes a top cover with an inlet port and an outlet port, a sealing mat, a value plate with an inlet hole and an outlet hole, a water inlet one-way value, a cup, a cylinder, a swing frame, a steel needle, a steel ball, an eccentric wheel, a bottom cover and a motor who are successively set. The drip tight pump also includes a first leak-proof member and/or a second leak-proof member between the top cover and the sealing mat. The drip tight pump can seal the outlet hole and the inlet port, so that to prevent the drip tight pump from dripping.
