Liquid processing apparatus, liquid processing method, and storage medium for liquid process
A filtration efficiency, which is similar to the filtration efficiency obtained when a plurality of filters are provided, can be obtained by one filter, and decrease in throughput can be prevented. Based on a control signal from a control unit 101, a resist liquid L is sucked into a pump 70 through a filter. A part of the resist liquid sucked in the pump is discharged from a discharge nozzle 7. The remaining resist liquid is returned to a supply conduit 51b on a primary side of the filter. A process is synthesized by adding a replenishment amount equal to the discharge amount to the return amount. The discharge of the synthesized process liquid and the filtration thereof by the filter are performed the number of times corresponding to a rate between the discharge amount and the return amount.
Variable geometry fuel sump pads
A fuel system for providing fuel to a downstream component includes a fuel tank container having a hollow interior for storing a volume of fuel and a fuel line fluidly coupling the hollow interior with the downstream component. A first end of the fuel line is arranged within the hollow interior such that a fuel pick-up location is defined between the first end of the fuel line and an adjacent surface of the fuel tank container. A sump pad is positioned within the hollow interior. The sump pad is transformable between a deflated configuration and an inflated configuration to direct fuel within the hollow interior toward the fuel pick-up location.
DEVICE FOR PRODUCING SKIN CARE PACK USING HYDROGEL, AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A device for producing a skin care pack using hydrogel and a control method of the device are disclosed. The device includes a housing which is provided with a door for selectively opening and closing a work space for forming a skin care pack, and which maintains a forming temperature required for producing the skin care pack; a platform having a base supported on a floor plate of the work space of the housing; a former including one or more nozzle modules which are provided to be movable in the work space, and each of which includes a pump for receiving a heated hydrogel and then discharging it onto the platform through a nozzle, and includes a cooling device for cooling a pump motor of the pump; and a control unit for controlling the discharge of the hydrogel from the nozzle modules.
REMOTELY ACTUATED VALVE FOR A BIOLOGICAL LIQUID TREATMENT SYSTEM
The invention relates to valve system for controlling a process fluid within a liquid processing system. The valve system comprises a valve arrangement, a pneumatic control system, and a connector unit. When the valve arrangement is connected to the connector unit, two or more valves are formed, such that the pneumatic control system controls an open/close or pressure control mode of the valves. A pump diaphragm system is disclosed, as well as a system for purifying a biological material that comprises the valve system or the pump diaphragm system. Also discloses are methods of using the valve system or the pump diaphragm system in a process for the purification of a biological material.
Bellows pump apparatus
The bellows pump device supplies pressurized air to one air chamber of two hermetic air chambers thereby to cause a bellows to perform expansion operation to suck a transport fluid, and supplies pressurized air to the other air chamber thereby to cause the bellows to perform contraction operation to discharge the transport fluid. The bellows pump device includes: an electropneumatic regulator configured to adjust a first air pressure of the pressurized air to be supplied to the one air chamber, and a second air pressure of the pressurized air to be supplied to the other air chamber; and a control unit configured to control the electropneumatic regulator such that, at least at a time point of end of expansion during expansion operation of the bellows, the first air pressure is lower than the second air pressure.
HYDRAULIC PUMPING SYSTEM FOR EXPRESSION OF BREAST MILK
A hydraulic pumping system in accordance with embodiments comprises a breast interface operably coupled to an actuatable assembly by means of an actuatable assembly interface. The breast interface comprises a distal membrane coupled to a housing to form a fluid reservoir therebetween. The actuatable assembly interface comprises a proximal membrane. The distal and proximal membranes are fluidly coupled via a tube carrying a driving fluid. The actuatable assembly interface is configured to removably couple to the actuatable assembly, in order to operably couple the actuatable assembly to the breast interface. The actuatable assembly interface comprises a fluid shut off mechanism to reversibly shut off fluid communication between the breast interface and the actuatable assembly interface when the actuatable assembly interface is decoupled from the actuatable assembly.
Service module for troubleshooting pumping unit
A service module for troubleshooting a pumping unit, particularly that used in the oil/gas industry, is operatively coupled between a motor of the pumping unit and a high pressure shutoff sensor which acts to kill the motor of the pumping unit in the event a pressure of the pipeline exceeds a prescribed threshold. The service module is operable in a first normal operating mode in which the shutoff sensor acts as it normally would to shut off the motor when the prescribed threshold is exceeded, and in a second troubleshooting mode where the normal operation of the shutoff sensor is bypassed for a predetermined period of time. After the predetermined period of time of the second troubleshooting mode has elapsed, the service module automatically returns to the normal operating mode. The shutoff sensor thus remains operatively coupled to the motor during troubleshooting of the motor.
Pump Head for a Peristaltic Pump
Pump heads for peristaltic pump assemblies are provided. For example, a pump head for a peristaltic pump comprises an occlusion bed, a rotor guide, a rotor assembly positioned between the occlusion bed and the rotor guide, and a pathway for tubing. The pathway comprises an inlet portion, an outlet portion, and a connecting portion that connects the inlet and outlet portions. The inlet portion is defined between the occlusion bed and the rotor guide, the outlet portion is defined between the occlusion bed and the rotor guide, and the connecting portion is defined between the occlusion bed and the rotor assembly. Further, the occlusion bed is movable with respect to the rotor guide and the rotor assembly. In exemplary embodiments, the pump head urges fluid flow through the tubing to supply a cooling fluid to a medical probe assembly for delivering energy to a patient's body.
Pump and Generator with Channels as Fluid Guides
A pump system for pumping a coolant fluid for cooled radiofrequency ablation treatment includes a housing having a front, a back, a right side, a left side, a top surface, and a bottom surface, and a plurality of peristaltic pump assemblies. The top surface of the housing includes a central channel between at least two of the peristaltic pump assemblies configured to drain fluid away from the front of the housing. A cooled radiofrequency ablation system additionally includes a pump system and a generator having mating surfaces such that the pump system can sit stably on top of the generator.
