Binding System for a Touring Ski Binding
A binding system for a touring ski binding has a front jaw device and a rear jaw device for receiving a ski boot. In a descent mode, the front jaw device is open and the rear jaw device is closed, so that a retainer can receive a web of the ski boot, and a lever mechanism can fix a heel part of the ski boot. The rear jaw device with the lever mechanism exerts a contact pressure on the heel part of the ski boot along a boot longitudinal axis (X), so that the web is pressed into a hook system of the front jaw device, and the ski boot is thus secured against translation against the boot longitudinal axis (X).

SKI BINDING AND UNIT SYSTEM COMPRISING SAID BINDING AND SKI BOOT
The present invention concerns a ski binding (10) suited to be connected to a ski (1). The ski binding (10) comprises connection means (12) for connection to a footwear item (100) worn by a skier, and a lever (70) cooperating with the calf of the skier. The lever (70) transmits the movements of the skier's leg towards the ski (1). The ski binding (10) comprises magnetic connection means (80) suited to allow contact to take place between the lever (70) and at least one wearable element (100) suited to be worn on the leg of the skier.
IMPROVED SKIING EQUIPMENT
A skiing equipment (1) is provided, comprising two skis (3) each including a base body (31), a fastening group (32) for attaching (3d, 3e) to the base body (31); a track (4) closed around the base body (31); a mover (5) for the said track (4) around the base body (31); sensors configured to detect a movement of said ski (3) relative to said terrain (1a); and a control unit (6) for said mover (5) of each of said skis (3) and thus the sliding of said track (4) around said base body (31) based on said movement of said ski (3) relative to said terrain (1a).
SKIING EQUIPMENT
Skiing equipment (1) is provided comprising a ski (2); a track (3) closed on itself and wound around the ski (2); a mover of the track (3) around the ski (2); a fastening group (4) for at least one binding (4a, 4b) defining together with the ski (2) a channel (4c) for the sliding of the track (3); and wherein the track (3) comprises a belt (31) wound longitudinally around the ski (2) and defining two ends (31a, 31b); and a hinge (32) constraining the ends (31a, 31b).
AUTOMATIC HEEL UNIT WITH HEEL SUPPORT STRUCTURE
The invention relates to an automatic heel unit (1) for a ski binding, comprising a base (7) for fitting the automatic heel unit (1) on a ski and a heel downholder (3) for holding down a ski boot in a heel region of the ski boot. The heel downholder (3) is mounted so as to be movable in relation to the base (7). The automatic heel unit (1) has a holding configuration in which the heel downholder (3) is located in a holding position and may interact with the heel region of the ski boot that is held in the ski binding in such a manner that the heel region of the ski boot is held down in a lowered position. Furthermore, the automatic heel unit (1) has a step-in configuration in which the heel downholder (3) is located in a step-in position and the heel region of the ski boot is released by the heel downholder (3). The automatic heel unit (1) comprises a heel support structure (6), which is configured separately from the heel downholder (3), for supporting, in a direction that is horizontally transverse to the ski, the heel region of the ski boot that is held in the ski binding in the holding configuration of the automatic heel unit (1).
Toe unit for alpine touring binding
An apparatus is provided for holding a footwear toe to a snow travel aid. The apparatus comprises jaws that grasp the toe while permitting pivotal movement of the footwear about the toe in forward and rearward directions and is for use with a heel holder that provides for lateral release. The apparatus comprises one or more resilient elements for biasing the jaws whereby the jaws are biased towards a closed position throughout the operational range of motion of the jaws. Also provided is an apparatus which comprises jaws that grasp the toe while permitting pivotal movement of footwear about the toe, wherein the apparatus is adapted for generally horizontal, forward and rearward translation relative to a longitudinal axis of the snow travel aid, selectively by a user. Also provided is an apparatus comprising jaws that grasp the toe while permitting pivotal movement of footwear about the toe, and a lock for inhibiting opening of the jaws, the lock comprising one or more resilient elements which provide resilience while inhibiting opening of the jaws.

Heel unit for a gliding board binding having Mz release via a cam body
A heel unit including a base comprising a fastening arrangement for fastening to a gliding board, a binding body, and coupling means arranged on the binding body. The coupling means engage with a heel portion of a gliding board boot in a downhill position of the gliding board binding to securely hold the gliding board boot on the gliding board binding. The coupling means protrude in a longitudinal direction from the binding body in the downhill position. The heel unit includes an Mz release mechanism to preload the coupling means into the downhill position so that, in the downhill position, the coupling means are freed from engagement with the gliding board boot upon action of a force exceeding a predetermined release force, and so that the coupling means move from the downhill position into a release position via rotational movement of the binding body about the release axis of rotation.
Release mechanism for a ski binding
The present invention relates to a release mechanism for a ski binding system, wherein the system comprises a ski shoe wherein pins moveable in each direction are arranged and at least one intermediate spring element, wherein the pins are adapted to slide in a barrel between a protruding and a retracted position, The system comprises a frame with two vertical parts arranged on a ski, wherein each vertical part has an opening each for receiving a pin protruding sideways out of the ski shoe, two bails with claws at one end and brought together in a manipulator at the other end, wherein the claws and the manipulator are adapted so that they can move synchronously into the openings in the opposite direction of the pins.
