Electric cylinder driving device and walking beam pumping unit including electric cylinder driving device
An electric cylinder driving device includes an electric cylinder outer tube, an electric cylinder inner tube, a ball screw, an electric cylinder piston, a ball screw nut and an elastic oil scraping device. The electric cylinder outer tube is sleeved on the electric cylinder inner tube. The ball screw nut is installed in an upper end of the electric cylinder inner tube. An end of the ball screw is movably connected in the electric cylinder outer tube, and another end of the ball screw matched with the ball screw nut is inserted into the electric cylinder inner tube. The electric cylinder piston is disposed between the electric cylinder outer tube and the electric cylinder inner tube. A lower end of the electric cylinder inner tube is provided with an oil pool. The elastic oil scraping device is disposed between the electric cylinder piston and the electric cylinder outer tube.
Beam pumping unit and design method for beam pumping unit
A beam pumping unit includes a bracket; a walking beam arranged above the bracket, wherein a middle part of the walking beam forms a first pivotal connection having a first pivotal center with the bracket, a donkey head is mounted on a front side of the first pivotal center, and a walking beam tail seat is mounted on a rear side of the first pivotal center; a rotating arm arranged behind and below the first pivotal center and having a first position formed as a rotating center and a second position rotating around the rotating center by a radius R; and a drive rod, wherein a lower part of the drive rod forms a second pivotal connection having a second pivotal center with the second position, and an upper part of the drive rod forms a third pivotal connection having a third pivotal center with the walking beam.
Multi-bolt clamshell retainer for wristpin on rod pump unit
An assembly connects a pitman arm to a slot in a crank arm of a pumping unit. A pin extends from the pitman arm disposed on a first side of the crank arm. The pin is disposed in the slot of the crank arm and has a distal end exposed on a second side of the crank arm. The distal end defines an external shouldered profile. A clamp is positioned on the distal end of the pin. The clamp has an internal shouldered profile, which is configured to engage the external shouldered profile on the pin. One or more spacers are disposed on the clamp and are configured to adjustably extend from the clamp toward the second side of the crank arm.
Robust downhole pump barrel
A downhole pump barrel is nickel plated to a predefined thickness followed by Boronizing a portion of nickel matrix to create Nickel Boride layer and leaving a layer of nickel between the newly formed Nickel Boride and the barrel metal surface. The top layer of Nickel Boride provides a hard surface like chrome plating which increases the wear/abrasion resistance during the sucker rod pump production. The nickel matrix disposed beneath the Nickel Boride acts as a barrier from any corrosion attacks reaching the barrel metal surface.
