Systems and methods for attenuating sound
Embodiments disclosed herein include a sound attenuating enclosure defining an interior space, formed by a plurality of composite panels. In some embodiments the composite panels include a frame having a plurality of elongate frame members coupled to one another. The frame defines an inner side facing toward the interior space and an outer side facing away from the interior space. Additionally, some embodiments may include an outer skin secured to the outer side of the frame, an inner skin secured to the inner side of the frame, and a foam layer disposed between the outer skin and the inner skin and between at least a pair of the frame members.
Suction muffler
The invention concerns a suction silencer (1) for an encapsulated refrigerant compressor, with an inlet (5), an outlet (6), a damping chamber (7) connecting the inlet (5) and the outlet (6) for sound attenuation, and an equalization chamber connected to the damping chamber (7) for equalizing the pressure of the damping chamber (7), wherein the suction silencer (1) is provided in the operating position for integration in a compressor housing (20) of the refrigerant compressor having a bottom area (21) for reception of an oil sump (26). To ensure a continuous pressure equalization between the damping chamber (7) and the environment even during start-up of the refrigerant compressor, it is intended in accordance with the invention that the equalization chamber is designed as a first equalization chamber (11) with a first opening (9) for pressure equalization and the suction silencer (1) has a further, second equalization chamber (14) with a second opening (10) for pressure equalization.
MOTOR OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY, STEERING SYSTEM, AND VEHICLE
A motor oil pump assembly includes: an inner sound insulation enclosure encloses an oil pump component, and the inner sound insulation enclosure and the oil pump component define an inner sound insulation cavity filled with low-pressure oil, the inner sound insulation cavity is in communication with a low-pressure cavity of the oil pump component, and the inner sound insulation enclosure is provided with a sound insulation enclosure cavity; and a pre-tightening buffering component, where the pre-tightening buffering component includes a piston and an elastic member, the piston fits in with the sound insulation enclosure cavity and presses against an upper end cover of the oil pump component, and the elastic member is used to provide a pre-tightening force for tightly pressing the upper end cover, where the sound insulation enclosure cavity is in communication with a high-pressure cavity of the oil pump component.

A motor oil pump assembly includes: a motor component; an oil pump component, where the oil pump component is supported on an end cover of the motor component; an inner sound insulation enclosure, where the inner sound insulation enclosure encloses the oil pump component, and the inner sound insulation enclosure and the oil pump component define an inner sound insulation cavity filled with low-pressure oil; and a pre-tightening buffering component, where the pre-tightening buffering component is pressed between an upper end cover of the oil pump component and the inner sound insulation enclosure, and the pre-tightening buffering component is in communication with a high-pressure cavity of the oil pump component.
Package-Type Compressor
A package-type compressor includes a body unit, a controller, a casing, a first cooling air inlet, a second cooling air inlet, a cooling air outlet, a fan duct, a cooling fan, an air cooling type heat exchanger, a machine chamber, and a cooling duct. The cooling duct is provided below the fan duct, the cooling duct causing the cooling air taken in at the second cooling air inlet to flow along the controller toward the suction port of the fan duct. A vertical projection plane of the cooling fan overlaps the machine chamber and the cooling duct.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ATTENUATING SOUND
Embodiments disclosed herein include a sound attenuating enclosure defining an interior space, formed by a plurality of composite panels. In some embodiments the composite panels include a frame having a plurality of elongate frame members coupled to one another. The frame defines an inner side facing toward the interior space and an outer side facing away from the interior space. Additionally, some embodiments may include an outer skin secured to the outer side of the frame, an inner skin secured to the inner side of the frame, and a foam layer disposed between the outer skin and the inner skin and between at least a pair of the frame members.
Package-type compressor
Provided is a package-type compressor that can improve cooling performance for cooling a body unit and a control panel. The package-type compressor includes: a cooling fan accommodated in a fan duct to induce a flow of cooling air taken in through inlets and discharged through an outlet; a machine chamber that causes the cooling air taken in at the inlet to flow along a body unit; and a cooling duct that causes the cooling air taken in at the inlet to flow along the control panel. A center position of the suction port of the fan duct is offset away from the inlet and toward the inlet with respect to a center position of a drive shaft of a motor of the body unit.
Fracturing apparatus
A fracturing apparatus is provided. The fracturing apparatus includes a plunger pump, a transmission shaft, a main motor, an oil pipe, a first radiator and a noise reduction cabin. The main motor is spaced apart from the plunger pump, the plunger pump is connected with the main motor through the transmission shaft; the oil pipe is configured to be connected with the plunger pump; the first radiator is spaced apart from the plunger pump, the first radiator is configured to dissipate heat from oil in the oil pipe, the main motor, the first radiator and at least part of the oil pipe are all located inside the noise reduction cabin, and the plunger pump is located outside the noise reduction cabin.
OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
An outdoor unit of an air-conditioning apparatus includes: a terminal unit that is provided on an outer peripheral surface of a compressor, and electrically connects components provided in the compressor and outside the compressor; a side soundproof cover that covers the outer peripheral surface of the compressor except for the terminal unit; and a terminal cover that covers the terminal unit exposed from the side soundproof cover to the outside of the side soundproof cover, and soundproofs the terminal unit. The terminal cover is attached to the side soundproof cover such that the state of the terminal cover can be changed between a state in which the terminal cover covers the terminal unit and a state in which the terminal cover does not cover the terminal unit.
