Fracturing apparatus
A fracturing apparatus is provided. The fracturing apparatus includes a plunger pump, a transmission shaft, a main motor, an oil pipe, a first radiator and a noise reduction cabin. The main motor is spaced apart from the plunger pump, the plunger pump is connected with the main motor through the transmission shaft; the oil pipe is configured to be connected with the plunger pump; the first radiator is spaced apart from the plunger pump, the first radiator is configured to dissipate heat from oil in the oil pipe, the main motor, the first radiator and at least part of the oil pipe are all located inside the noise reduction cabin, and the plunger pump is located outside the noise reduction cabin.
PULSATION DAMPER
A pulsation damper is disposed within a fluid volume defined by a fluid volume wall such that the pulsation damper is exposed to pressure pulsations within the fluid volume. The pulsation damper includes a pulsation damper first half having a first damper wall which is flexible in response to the pressure pulsations; a pulsation damper second half having a second damper wall which is flexible in response to the pressure pulsations; and a damping volume defined between the pulsation damper first half and the pulsation damper second half such that the damping volume is fluidly segregated from the fluid volume. One of the pulsation damper first half and the pulsation damper second half defines a spacing member which maintains separation between the fluid volume wall and one of the first damper wall and the second damper wall.
Fracturing equipment
Fracturing equipment includes: a plunger pump, a main motor and a noise reduction device. The plunger pump is used for pressurizing liquid. The main motor is connected to the plunger pump by transmission for providing driving force to the plunger pump. The noise reduction device is constructed as a cabin structure and covers outside the main motor and isolates the main motor from the plunger pump. With the fracturing equipment according to the present disclosure, the fracturing equipment is driven by the main motor with relatively low noise during operation. The noise reduction device isolates the main motor from the outside, which can effectively reduce the noise intensity transmitted to the outside during operation, thereby achieve the effect of noise reduction. In addition, the plunger pump is isolated from the main motor by the noise reduction device, thus realizing isolation of high-pressure dangerous areas and ensuring safe operation.
Dampeners for pumping systems
A drilling fluid pumping system including a pump apparatus with a pumping chamber having an inlet valve and an outlet valve and a dampener system in fluid communication with the pumping chamber for damping the flow of fluid, e.g. drilling fluid, This abstract is provided to comply with the rules requiring an abstract which will allow a searcher or other reader to quickly ascertain the subject matter of the technical disclosure and is submitted with the understanding that it will not be used to interpret or limit the scope or meaning of the claims, 37 C.F.R. 1.72(b).
Pump noise attenuator and method thereof
A pump assembly includes a pneumatic pump with a pump body having a discharge passage. The pump is operable to discharge compressed air through the discharge passage. The pump assembly also includes a cap adjacent the pump body and at least partially enclosing a first volume in communication with the discharge passage, and a casing at least partially surrounding the pump. The pump assembly further includes a second volume defined between the casing and the cap, the second volume in fluid communication with the first volume via an opening in the cap, and a casing outlet in fluid communication with the second volume. The pump assembly is configured such that the compressed air flows through the first volume and the second volume before being discharged from the casing through the casing outlet.
Compressor frequency regulation method, control apparatus, heat exchange device and electronic device
A compressor frequency regulation method includes acquiring a first exhaust temperature of a compressor operating at a first operating frequency; determining that the first exhaust temperature is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature; controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction processing, the frequency reduction processing reducing the first operating frequency to a second operating frequency, such that a second exhaust temperature of the compressor operating at the second operating frequency is less than the first preset temperature; and controlling the compressor to operate at the second operating frequency.
