Check valve with improved response time
A check valve with improved response time comprises a valve member which has a central portion of a substantially convex shape and a guide portion that surrounds the central portion. The central portion has a central convex curvature extending towards the outlet port of the check valve, in the direction of the fluid flow. The guide portion has a weight to area ratio that is smaller than the weight to area ratio of the central portion. Such a check valve has an overall reduced weight of the valve member allowing a faster response time when the valve switches between its closed and open positions.

Each valve includes a base, a piezoelectric actuator and a linking bar. When the piezoelectric actuator is enabled, the carrier plate is driven to move, and the stopping part of the linking bar is correspondingly moved to selectively close or open an outlet of the base. Each valve is disposed in the corresponding branch channel, and the fluid is selectively transported through the branch channels under control of the on/off states of the valves disposed therein.

The present invention is provided to suppress occurrence of free flow. An infusion pump includes: a sliding clamp closing and releasing an infusion tube; a pump body including a tube attachment portion to which the infusion tube is to be attached detachably and forcibly transferring liquid in the infusion tube; and a door pivotably supported by the pump body so that the tube attachment portion is openable and closable by the door. The pump body includes: a clamp attachment portion into which the sliding clamp having the infusion tube set therein is to be inserted and set; and a release operator being operated in the clamp attachment portion to transfer the sliding clamp from a close mode to a release mode, the release operator being configured to be locked, in response to opening movement of the door, so that the release operator is inoperable for releasing, and to be unlocked in response to closing movement of the door.
ELECTROMAGNETICALLY ACTUATABLE INLET VALVE AND HIGH-PRESSURE PUMP HAVING AN INLET VALVE
The invention proposes an electromagnetically actuatable inlet valve (24) for a high-pressure pump, in particular of a fuel-injection system. The inlet valve (24) has a valve member (34) which can be moved between and open position and a closed position. An electromagnetic actuator (60) is provided, by means of which the valve member (34) can be moved, wherein the electromagnetic actuator (60) has an armature (68) which acts at least indirectly on the valve member (34), a magnet coil (64) which surrounds the armature (68), and a magnetic core (66) against which the armature (68) comes to rest at least indirectly when current is applied to the magnet coil (64), wherein the armature (68) is movably guided in a carrier element (78), and the carrier element (78) and the magnetic core (66) are interconnected. The carrier element (78) and the magnetic core (66) are interconnected by a sleeve-shaped connection element (90) which is integrally bonded in a first connection region (92) to the carrier element (78) and/or the magnetic core (66), and interlockingly engages the carrier element and/or the magnetic core in a second connection region (94) offset relative to the first connection region (92) in the direction of the longitudinal axis (91) of the connection element (90).
DOWNWARD LIQUID PUMP
A motor system includes at least two motors respectively having an output power and a rotary shaft, wherein at least one coupling is provided to connected the at least two rotary shafts. A detect unit is electrically connected to each of the at least two motors and detects the currents of the at least two motors and forms detecting signals relative to the current value of each of the at least two motors. A control unit is electrically connected to the at least two motors for receiving a controlling signal and the detecting signal for adjusting an output power to the electric actuator.
Tilting disc check valve
The invention discloses a tilting disc check valve, which includes a left valve body (1), a right valve body (2), a large valve plate (3), a small valve plate (4) and a diaphragm control group (5), wherein the left valve body (1) and the right valve body (2) are butted into a whole through oblique openings; the oblique openings are inclined in a manner that upper parts are inclined towards the right valve body (2); the diaphragm control group (5) is arranged on the left valve body (1); the large valve plate (3) is arranged along the oblique openings; the large valve plate (3) is positioned in a valve cavity formed by the left valve body (1) and the right valve body (2); the large valve plate (3) is suspended on shaft holes of the left valve body (3) through valve shafts (6); the small valve plate (4) is connected with the diaphragm control group (5); and the small valve plate (4) is mounted at a slow closing valve port of the large valve plate (3) through a small valve plate pin shaft (7).
