A pump comprising a bore pump fluid end having a reciprocating element bore, a discharge valve assembly comprising a discharge valve seat and a discharge valve body, and a suction valve assembly comprising a suction valve seat and a suction valve body; a hollow, cylindrical reciprocating element; a hollow reciprocating element adapter comprising a first end having a fluid inlet opposite a second end having a fluid outlet, wherein the second end of the reciprocating element adapter is connected to and in fluid communication with the fluid intake end of the reciprocating element; a pump power end having a push rod connected to the first end of the reciprocating element adapter; and a movable manifold comprising a reciprocating element end and a fluid intake end, wherein the reciprocating element end of the movable manifold is connected to and in fluid communication with the fluid inlet of the reciprocating element adapter.

A handheld cleaning machine, comprising: a housing, a reciprocating mechanism, a driving assembly, and a water pump assembly. The reciprocating mechanism comprises a reciprocating shaft, a sleeve, and a first guide assembly. The driving assembly is configured to drive the reciprocating shaft to rotate, so that the sleeve reciprocates in the length direction of the reciprocating shaft; the water pump assembly comprises a water inlet member, a pump body, and a water outlet member, the pump body is connected to the sleeve, the pump body is communicated between the water inlet member and the water outlet member, and when the pump body moves along the axis of the reciprocating shaft, the pump body is configured to feed water from the water inlet member and discharge water from the water outlet member.
VALVE CARTRIDGE FOR A FLUID PUMP
A fluid pump may include a power end, a fluid end having a cartridge bore, and a valve cartridge configured for insertion into, and removal from, the cartridge bore as a unit. The valve cartridge may include a cartridge body having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, a first valve assembly configured to control fluid flow through the fluid inlet, and a second valve assembly configured to control fluid flow through the fluid outlet.

Linear compressor discharge valves
The invention relates to a linear compressor discharge valve. The valve comprises a valve body having a first layer of composite material, wherein the composite material of the first layer comprises polyaryletherketone and reinforcement filaments that are aligned with an axis of the first layer. The valve further comprises a second layer of composite material overlying the first layer of composite material. The composite material of the second layer comprises polyaryletherketone and reinforcement filaments that are aligned with an axis of the second layer. The axis of the second layer forms an angle of greater than 0 to less than 180 with the axis of the first layer.

A valve for controlling fluid flow, the valve comprising: a first plate comprising a plurality of first holes extending through said first plate; a second plate comprising a plurality of second holes extending through said second plate, the second holes being substantially offset from the first holes of said first plate; wherein said first plate and said second plate are arranged to form a cavity therebetween in fluid communication with the first holes of said first plate and the second holes of said second plate; and a flap disposed and moveable between said first plate and said second plate, said flap having holes substantially offset from the first holes of said first plate and substantially aligned with the second holes of said second plate; wherein said flap is operable to be motivated between said first and second plates in response to a change in direction of differential pressure of the fluid across the valve; wherein said first plate comprises a coating disposed on a surface of the first plate; wherein the first plate comprises a plurality of clearance regions, substantially aligned with the holes of the flap, in which a thickness of the coating is reduced; and wherein each of the clearance regions defines a respective inner region in which a thickness of the coating is generally greater than its defining clearance region.
Mechanically resilient and wear resistant steel compositions and high-pressure pumps and pump components comprised thereof
The present disclosure relates to a resistant steel composition comprising a nickel content from about 3% MB to about 4% MB; a manganese content from about 0.5% MB to about 1.5% MB; a chromium content from about 12% MB to about 13.4% MB; a molybdenum content from about 0.3% MB to about 0.7% MB; and a copper content of less than about 0.40% MB. In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to a process for generating a resistant steel composition, the process comprising melting one or more resistant steel components together to form a melted steel; refining the melted steel to form a refined steel; and purifying the refined steel to form the resistant steel composition.
