Condiment Dispenser
A condiment dispensing pump system is provided that includes a valve chamber and a valve retainer having a first portion defining a valve cavity and a second portion for coupling to an inlet flow path. A one-way valve is removably insertable into the valve cavity. The one-way valve includes a tether portion coupled to the second portion of the valve retainer such that the one-way valve is removable from the valve cavity while still tethered to the valve retainer. The condiment dispensing pump system includes a spout having a first end fluidly coupled to the valve cavity and a second end opposite the first end. A dispensing nozzle is removably attached to the second end of the spout, the dispensing nozzle being tethered to the spout tube such that when the dispensing nozzle is detached from the second end of the spout the dispensing nozzle remains tethered to the spout tube.
ANTI-SPIN CONTROL FOR AN ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMP PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR
Provided, in one aspect, is a spin control valve assembly, comprising a stationary valve plate having a first stationary valve plate opening and a second stationary valve plate opening; and a rotating valve plate coupled longitudinally adjacent to the stationary valve plate, the rotating valve plate having a rotating valve plate opening, wherein the rotating valve plate is configured to rotate among at least three positions such that at each position of the at least three positions fluid flows at a different flow rate through the spin control valve assembly.
TUNED MICRO CHECK VALVES AND PUMPS
A fluid pump for pumping a fluid between a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet has a chamber with an inlet and an outlet. At least one flow restricting element is disposed at a flow line portion and is configured to resonate along a continuum of states between a first end state and a second end state to thereby affect fluid flow profile through said inlet or said outlet. While resonating the element transitions through a range of states differing in the flow they permit. A driver is configured to modulate conditions in the chamber or on the at least one flow restricting element at a characteristic frequency profile, thereby inducing the at least one flow restricting element to resonate between the first and second states at about said characteristic frequency profile.
Borehole pump and method of using the same
A pump system for pumping liquid from a well into a pipe is disclosed. The pump system comprises: a suction cavity in fluid communication with the well via an inlet port controlled by an inlet port valve, a plunger, reciprocally movable within the suction cavity, and a delivery conduit. The delivery conduit is in fluid communication with the pipe via an outlet port, and with the suction cavity via a connection port controlled by a connection port valve. The pump system also comprises a tubular encapsulation, encapsulating the suction cavity, the plunger, the delivery conduit and the valves.
Free-jet dosing system
The invention relates to a free-jet dosing system for dosing a free fluid jet to be dispensed. The free-jet dosing system includes, inter alia, a pump including an inlet and an outlet and configured to deliver fluid to be dispensed to the outlet. The free-jet dosing system further includes a dosage monitoring device arranged on the outlet side of the pump, the dosage monitoring device having an opening through which at least some of the fluid to be dispensed may pass, and the dosage monitoring device having a flow rate meter configured to determine the flow rate of the fluid which passes through the opening of the dosage monitoring device. In the inventive free-jet dosing system, the opening of the dosage monitoring device is configured as an outlet nozzle for ejecting the free fluid jet.
Reciprocating compressor
A reciprocating compressor includes a cylinder that defines an inner space, a piston that is located in the inner space of the cylinder and that defines a compression space configured to receive refrigerant, a discharge cover that is coupled to a side of the cylinder and that defines a discharge space configured to receive refrigerant discharged from the compression space, and a valve plate that is located at a side space defined at the side of the cylinder and that partitions the side space into the compression space and the discharge space. The valve plate defines a discharge hole through which the compression space and the discharge space communicate with each other, in which the discharge hole includes an inlet that faces the compression space and an outlet that faces the discharge space. The inlet and the outlet have different shapes.

PUMP AND FLUID CONTROL APPARATUS
A pump includes a housing, a piezoelectric device, a plurality of first holes, a plurality of second holes, and a plurality of first valves. The housing has a pump chamber defined by a first major plate, a second major plate, and a peripheral plate. The piezoelectric device is provided on the first major plate. The plurality of first holes each extend through the first major plate and are arranged annularly. The plurality of second holes each extend through the second major plate. The plurality of first valves are provided at the plurality of first holes, respectively. When the piezoelectric device is activated, the first major plate undergoes bending vibration with a node defined between a center and a peripheral edge of the first major plate. The plurality of first holes are provided between the node and the peripheral edge.
Hand-operated oil pump
A manual pumping means is capable of engaging an oil fill port of a vehicle motor so as to pressurize internal portions of the motor and thus propel the motor oil contained within the motor out of a drain portion and into a receiving vessel. The pump would allow extraction of the oil in an expeditious manner, therefore reducing the time required to perform an oil change upon the vehicle.
