Further, the present disclosure relates to a fluid end block assembly for use in a plunger pump apparatus, the fluid end assembly including: at least one cylinder body configured to receive a respective plunger from a power end; at least one suction bore configured to house a valve body, a valve seat, a spring; a spring retainer, with at least one of the cylinder body, the suction bore, and the spring retainer being composed of a steel composition having a nickel content from about 1.75% MB to about 5.75% MB.
Multi-part valve assembly
The present disclosure discloses a multi-component valve system for use in pumps such as fracking pumps for use in subterranean resource production. The assembly includes an insert retainer having a retainer head and a retainer pin. The retainer pin has an upper section extending below the retainer head and a grooved center section below the upper section. A valve is centered on the upper section of the retainer pin. An insert is located on the valve. A guide has a central portion centered on the upper section of the retainer pin and four legs extending from the central portion. A collar has a flange and a collar body that is swaged into the center section of the retainer pin.
Pump for spraying liquid
A pump for spraying liquid includes a housing having an interior space holding liquid, a guide moving up and down within the interior space and having an inlet hole connecting with the interior space, and a piston moving with the guide while maintaining a contact with the housing and the guide. The pump further includes a valve coupled to and connecting with the guide, a shoulder coupled to an upper portion of the housing, and an elastic member having one end in contact with the shoulder and the other end in contact with the valve to provide an elastic force pushing the valve upward. The elastic member includes a center portion and upper and lower deformation portions which are formed as an integrated body.
FILTRATION AND PURIFICATION PROCESSING METHOD
A filtration and purification processing method includes following steps: (1) providing a filtration and purification device; (2) performing a gas introduction, filtration, and detection procedure; (3) performing a detection and determination procedure to the purified gas; (4) performing a circulating filtration and detection procedure to the purified gas; and (5) repeating filtration and purification procedures to the purified gas several times and guiding out the purified gas.
PISTON PUMP
In a piston pump, for example, a piston sub assembly includes a columnar plunger that lies along an axial direction, a cap that is fixed with the plunger to cover an adjacent region between a first end surface at one end in the axial direction of the plunger and the first end surface at a first outer circumferential surface of the plunger, and provided with an intake passage extending from an inlet on an outer side of the first outer circumferential surface to an outlet on an outer side of the first end surface outside the plunger, and a first valve seat of a first intake check valve located at the outlet, and a seal member that is a member different from the cap and that prevents leakage of hydraulic fluid from the first chamber through a gap between the first cylinder and the piston sub assembly.
Multi-Piece Fluid End
A fluid end is formed from a first body attached to a separate second body. Each body includes an external surface. When the bodies are attached, their respective external surfaces are in flush engagement. A plurality of bores are formed in the second body that are alignable with a plurality of corresponding bores formed in the first body. The fluid end may be used with seals disposed within recesses within each bore to seal against corresponding sealing surfaces. Further, retaining closures may be bolted to the fluid end bodies, such that the closures have a threadless connection to the fluid end bodies. Various combinations of such components may be utilized.
BALL NON-RETURN VALVE AND DIAPHRAGM PUMP
A ball non-return valve that can be integrated with a diaphragm pump or the like, does not transmit strain generated by stress during valve assembly to a ball seal portion, and can stably maintain sealing performance, and a diaphragm pump are disclosed. The non-return valve includes a valve seat having a through-hole, and a ball that opens and closes a flow of a fluid through the through-hole. The valve seat made of a corrosion resistant material is composed of a first valve seat that can support the ball and seal the through-hole, and a second valve seat that has a substantially cylindrical shape surrounding the first valve seat and in which the space between a valve case and the second valve seat is sealed by an O-ring. Clearances d3 and d4 are formed between the first valve seat and the second valve seat, and a horizontal surface of a notched portion of the second valve seat is mounted on an upper surface of a flange portion of the first valve seat.
