A plunger pump includes a cylinder section having a cylinder chamber and a spacer section sliding against a portion of the plunger closer to a proximal end side than a portion of a plunger advancing and retracting into the cylinder chamber. The cylinder section is made of a material having first hardness, and the spacer section being made of a resin material having second hardness softer than the first hardness. A length in an axial direction from a proximal end of a sliding portion of the spacer section sliding against the plunger to a distal end of the spacer section is larger than a maximum stroke length of reciprocation of the plunger.

A hydraulic pumping system for use with a subterranean well can include an actuator with a displaceable actuator member, a magnet device that displaces with the actuator member, the magnet device including at least one permanent magnet positioned between low magnetic permeability elements, and a sensor that senses a magnetic flux propagated from the magnet device. The actuator can include a cylinder, and the sensor can include an outer tube, with materials of the cylinder and outer tube having substantially a same magnetic permeability. An enclosure can be positioned exterior to the cylinder, with the sensor being positioned at least partially in the enclosure. The enclosure can be configured to focus the magnet flux, so that it propagates to the sensor.

THERMALLY SPRAYED COATING FOR SLIDING MEMBER AND SLIDING DEVICE PROVIDED WITH SAID THERMALLY SPRAYED COATING FOR SLIDING MEMBER

A sprayed coating for a sliding member of the present invention includes a ferrous alloy containing chromium (Cr).

The sprayed coating for the sliding member has the content rate of the chromium of 8 mass % or more, includes a structure that comprises crystal grains contained in the sprayed coating and having an average grain size of 3 μm or less, has a Vickers hardness of 300 Hv or more, and then is excellent at abrasion resistance.

Support for reciprocating pump

A skid for supporting a reciprocating pump assembly, the reciprocating pump assembly including a power end frame assembly having a pair of end plate segments and a plurality of middle plate segments disposed between the end plate segments. The end plate segments each have at least a pair of feet and the middle plate segments each having at least one foot. The skid includes a base and a plurality of pads extending from the base. At least a portion of the plurality of pads correspond to the end plate segment feet and at least another portion of the plurality of pads correspond to the at least one foot of each middle plate segment.

WELL SERVICE VALVE SEAT REMOVAL

A valve seat includes a generally cylindrical body that defines a bore extending axially therethrough and has an outer surface. An enlarged diameter portion extends axially from the generally cylindrical body and defines a shoulder surface and an annular surface disposed opposite the shoulder surface; the annular surface is configured to form a seal with a displaceable portion of a valve. An annular channel is formed in the outer surface of the generally cylindrical body. An annular notch is formed in the outer surface of the generally cylindrical body axially between the enlarged diameter portion and the annular channel. The annular notch is configured to increase the radial compressibility of the generally cylindrical body to facilitate hydraulic ejection of the valve seat from the cylinder block. The annular channel is configured to receive a hydraulic fluid to compress radially the generally cylindrical body.

TRANSFER PUMP ASSEMBLY

A transfer pump includes a drive module having electronic components and a fluid module not including electronic components. The drive module provides motive power to a pump of the fluid module to power pumping by the fluid module. The drive module is movably mounted to the fluid module at dynamic and static interfaces to power reciprocation of a pumping component of the fluid module by the dynamic interface and such the drive module supports the fluid module at the static interface.

Disclosed is a micropump for delivery of a fluid. The micropump comprises body comprising metering chamber for receiving fluid and groove, and nozzle attached to metering chamber for delivering fluid. A capillary delivers fluid into metering chamber, and piston operates to move axially inside metering chamber. Axial movement of first end of piston (namely, piston face) along path between second end and first end of metering chamber delivers fluid through nozzle. Moreover, groove radially surrounds piston and has common axis with piston. The groove comprises sealing ring operable to move inside groove based on axial movement of piston. The sealing ring is in contact with piston and body. The sealing ring is manufactured using a rubber composition comprising hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR), and carbon black.
