BELLOWS PUMP DEVICE
A bellows pump device includes first and second bellows mounted on a pump head so as to be expandable/contractible independently of each other and configured to suck a fluid from a suction passage thereinto by expansion thereof and discharge the fluid therefrom to a discharge passage by contraction thereof. First and second air cylinder portions are configured to respectively cause the first and second bellows to perform expansion/contraction operation. First and second detection devices are configured to detect expanded/contracted states of the first and second bellows, respectively. A control unit is configured to control drive of the first and second air cylinder portions on the basis of each of detection signals of the first and second detection devices such that, before one bellows comes into a most contracted state, the other bellows is caused to contract from a most expanded state.

Non-limiting exemplary embodiments of a pumping system and methods for operating the pumping system in a region of high pressure or a region of high flow are disclosed. The pumping system includes a piston disposed within a piston cylinder, a drive shaft, an eccentric coupled to the drive shaft, a connecting arm having opposing first and second ends, and a controller for controlling the rotation of the drive shaft such that the piston oscillates within a region of high pressure or a region of high flow.

The processor is further configured to determine a pump fillage level for a pump stroke based on a position signal and a load signal. The processor is further configured to reduce the pump speed to a second speed based on the pump fillage level for the pump stroke.

A system for monitoring a dual cylinder concrete pumping apparatus and a transition valve operated by an actuator. The system including position sensors to detect the position of pistons in the dual cylinders and the actuator. Additional sensors can monitor various aspects of the concrete pumping apparatus. A processor receives information from the sensors and transmits data to a monitor. When sensor data is outside of predetermined parameters, the processor sends an alert notice and a performance snapshot of the system to the monitor.

A control method and system for a resonant linear compressor applied for controlling the capacity of a cooling system. The method includes: a) reading a reference operation power (P.sub.ref) of the motor of the compressor; b) measuring an operation current (i.sub.MED); c) measuring an operation voltage of a control module of the compressor; d) calculating an input power (P.sub.MED) of the motor as a function of the operation current (i.sub.MED) and of the operation voltage; e) comparing the input power (P.sub.MED) with the reference operation power (P.sub.ref); f) if the reference operation power (P.sub.ref) is higher than the input power (P.sub.MED), then increase an operation voltage of the compressor (UC); g) if the reference operation power (P.sub.ref) is lower than the input power (P.sub.MED), then decrease the operation voltage of the compressor (UC).
DIAPHRAGM PUMP AND BLOOD PURIFICATION APPARATUS USING SAME
A diaphragm pump, includes a case, a diaphragm dividing a space in the case into a first space and a second space, a liquid feed flow path including an inflow path to introduce a liquid to be fed into the first space and an outflow path to discharge the liquid to be fed from the first space, a drive unit including a compression/decompression device that repeatedly causes displacement of the diaphragm by repeating compression and decompression of a driving fluid filling the second space, and a valve mechanism to open and close the inflow path and the outflow path. The drive unit includes a pressure release mechanism to release pressure of the driving fluid after the driving fluid is compressed or decompressed by the compression/decompression device.

The delivery line is configured to deliver resin and catalyst from the resin injection cylinder and catalyst injection cylinder into a borehole.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE POSITION OF THE DIAPHRAGM OF AN ELECTRIC-MOTOR-DRIVEN DIAPHRAGM PUMP
A position detection device determines the position of the diaphragm or the drive piston of an electric-motor-driven diaphragm pump, in particular, by detecting the upper and lower reversal point (Po, Pu) in the movement curve of the diaphragm of the diaphragm pump. A diaphragm is actuated by a drive connecting rod to close a conveying chamber with valves provided on an inlet and outlet side. The volume can be changed between a minimum and maximum volume. A rotational movement of an electric motor, with a rotor, is converted into the actuation movement of the drive connecting rod via the effect of the eccentrics. The position detection device detects the load curve of the diaphragm pump during the movement of the diaphragm. An evaluation device determines at least the position of the upper and lower reversal point of the diaphragm from the load curve.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY INCREASING SYSTEM FOR HYDRAULIC DEVICES
The invention relates to a system that intensifies hydraulic pressure, which comprises a main actuation subsystem and a direction-change sub-system. The main actuation subsystem comprises: a motor; a pump; a first piston with a plunger that moves linearly; a travel-limit sensor and a two-way valve at each end of the piston; a pressure control valve connected to the two-way valves; a second piston similar in always to the first and connected to the pressure control valve; a hydraulic motor connected to the two-way valves of the second piston to generate work; and a fluid-cooling means. The direction-change subsystem comprises a secondary motor, a second pump, a pressure accumulator and a pair of solenoid valves for the parallel and independent operation of the two-way valves of the main actuation subsystem.
