METHOD FOR SERVICE LIFE MONITORING OF A COMPRESSOR FOR A COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM
A method for operating a compressor for a compressed air system of a motor vehicle, in particular an air suspension system, wherein an operating temperature of the compressor is determined and used as a criterion for the compressor to be operated until a switch-off temperature (T) is reached, wherein a switch-on duration (t) until reaching the switch-off temperature (T) is determined, and the determined switch-on duration (t) is adjusted by a parameter (LP) dependent on the switch-off temperature (T) reached.
NEGATIVE PRESSURE WOUND THERAPY DEVICE WITH SILENT PIEZOELECTRIC PUMP
A negative pressure wound therapy device includes at least one piezoelectric pump and a control circuit. The control circuit is configured to generate a first control signal to control operation of the at least one piezoelectric pump, the control signal having a first root mean square (RMS) voltage, transmit the first control signal to the at least one piezoelectric pump, identify at least one of a change of state of the at least one piezoelectric pump or an expiration of a duration of time associated with operation of the at least one piezoelectric pump, responsive to identifying the at least one of the change of state or the expiration of the duration of time, generate a second control signal having a second RMS voltage less than the first RMS voltage, and transmit the second control signal to the at least one piezoelectric pump.
CRYOPUMP, CRYOPUMP SYSTEM, AND CRYOPUMP REGENERATION METHOD
A cryopump includes a cryopanel, and an adsorption area provided on the cryopanel and capable of adsorbing a non-condensable gas, in which the adsorption area includes a non-combustible adsorbent containing silica gel as a main component thereof. The adsorption area includes a non-combustible adsorbent containing silica gel as a main component thereof.
LINEAR COMPRESSOR
A linear compressor includes a cylinder, a frame, and a discharge unit. The discharge unit includes a discharge cover coupled with the frame, a discharge plenum disposed inside the discharge cover to define a plurality of discharge spaces, and an insulating plenum provided in a shape corresponding to an inner surface of the discharge cover to contact the inner surface of the discharge cover.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR COOLING A VACUUM PUMP
A system comprises: a vacuum chamber disposed within a housing and having a vacuum port; a vacuum pump within the housing and having a gas inlet port that is fluidically coupled to the vacuum port; and a fluid circuit that comprises: one or more fluidic tubing lines, channels or conduits in thermal contact with a housing of the vacuum pump; a liquid pump fluidically coupled to an inlet of the one or more fluidic tubing lines, channels or conduits; and a heat exchanger having a heat exchanger inlet and a heat exchanger outlet, wherein the heat exchanger inlet is fluidically coupled to an outlet of the one or more fluidic tubing lines, channels or conduits and the heat exchanger outlet is fluidically coupled to the liquid pump. The fluid circuit may also include a portion that is in thermal contact with the vacuum chamber.
Cooling system for air conditioner
The present invention relates to a portable water dispenser for dispensing cooling water to an overheated compressor of an ACU. The water dispenser includes a splash guard and a core that is installed inside the splash guard. The core includes a magnet that firmly but temporarily attaches the water dispenser to the outer surface with the compressor. Water flow is controlled to convert the flow exiting a water hose into a uniformly distributed curtain covering the entire outer surface of the compressor. The splash guard prevents water loss because it redirects any splashes towards the compressor.
Remote monitoring system
A remote monitoring system and a method of operating a system having a pump is provided. The remote monitoring system includes a vacuum/pressure sensor coupled to measure a vacuum or a pressure in the system. A temperature sensor is positioned to measure an ambient temperature. A fluid level sensor is positioned to measure fluid in a collection tank. A controller is operably coupled to the vacuum/pressure sensor, the temperature sensor and the fluid level sensor, the controller having a communications circuit that is operable to transmit and receive signals via a cellular SMS text message communications medium, the controller having one or more processors that are responsive to nontransitory executable computer instructions, the one or more processors being responsive to change the operation of the pump in response to an operating signal from the communications circuit, the temperature sensor or the vacuum/pressure sensor or the fluid level sensor.
Method for the start-up control of an electric vacuum pump
The invention relates to a method for controlling a start-up of an electric vacuum pump for a vacuum system of a vehicle, wherein the start-up can occur according to at least two different start-up modes, i.e., according to a standard mode and according to at least one special mode, wherein in the standard mode the vacuum pump is connected to a supply voltage in a non-clocked manner and in the special mode the vacuum pump is connected to a supply voltage in a dynamically clocked manner.
Compressor
Provided is a compressor capable of calculating the correct time remaining before maintenance. The compressor is provided with: a compressor body that compresses fluid; a motor that drives the compressor body; a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the compressor; a pressure sensor that detects the pressure of the compressed fluid outputted from the compressor body; and a calculation unit that calculates the time remaining before maintenance for the compressor body, using the temperature of the compressor and the pressure of the compressed fluid assigned with respective predetermined weights. The calculation unit changes the weighting of the temperature according to the pressure of the compressed fluid or the operation rate of the compressor body.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING LINEAR COMPRESSOR AND REFRIGERATOR
A method for controlling a linear compressor and a method for controlling a refrigerator are provided. The method for controlling a linear compressor may include measuring an ambient temperature, and when the measured ambient temperature is equal to or lower than a predetermined safety temperature, applying a safety current to a motor assembly for driving a piston. On the other hand, when the measured ambient temperature is higher than the predetermined safety temperature, a current lower than the safety current may be applied to the motor assembly.
