A pumping system for performing a borehole operation including pumping a fluid into a borehole. The system may include a motor, a transmission, a pump, and a control system. The motor, transmission, and pump may each include sensors. The transmission may be operatively coupled to the motor. The pump may be operatively coupled to the transmission and configured to pump fluid into the borehole. The control system may be in communication with the motor sensors, the transmission sensors, and the pump sensors. The control system may be configured to monitor the operation of the motor, the transmission, and the pump, determine if at least one of the motor, the transmission, or the pump is operating outside of predetermined parameters, and determine at least one component of the motor, the transmission, or the pump that is most likely to cause the operation to be outside of the predetermined parameters.
Fluid machine
Even when abnormal heat generation occurs during operation in a state where the temperature of a compressor is not increased, abnormality cannot be detected. A fluid machine includes a fluid machine body; a motor that drives the fluid machine body; a temperature sensor that measures a temperature of the fluid machine body; and a control unit that controls the fluid machine body. The control unit changes a temperature threshold value based on at least one of a pressure of a fluid discharged by the fluid machine body and a frequency of a voltage input into the motor, and issues a notification when the temperature of the compressor body measured by the temperature sensor exceeds the temperature threshold value.
COOLING SYSTEM FOR AIR CONDITIONER
The present invention relates to a portable water dispenser for dispensing cooling water to an overheated compressor of an ACU. The water dispenser includes a splash guard and a core that is installed inside the splash guard. The core includes a magnet that firmly but temporarily attaches the water dispenser to the outer surface with the compressor. Water flow is controlled to convert the flow exiting a water hose into a uniformly distributed curtain covering the entire outer surface of the compressor. The splash guard prevents water loss because it redirects any splashes towards the compressor.

Track pump performance parameters, display pump health status in real time, provide predictive pump inspection instructions, reduce unpredicted equipment downtime, improve equipment stability and reduce overall maintenance costs.
Rod-pump controller
A rod-pump control device is disclosed. The rod-pump control device uses AMP (current) measurements for electric units, fuel or air usage for gas units, and can use pressure for either unit. The AMP/fuel/air sensors work as the primary trigger to indicate a pump-off condition on an oil and gas well. These sensors can be used as stand-alone triggers or in conjunction with other sensors to more accurately monitor pump efficiency. When the pump-controller starts to indicate an inefficient pump condition, it will turn the pump off by removing power from the electric motor. For gas powered units, the controller will remove power to disengage an electric clutch or send a signal to an engine controller to stop. An adjustable algorithm will use percentage change of off time, dependent on actual run time compared to a user definable target time to keep the pump operating at peak efficiency.
Air Compressor
Provided is an air compressor improved in terms of reliability by taking into consideration of the condensation of the water vapor in the compressed air. According to the present invention, an air compressor includes: a compressor main body; a compression chamber of the compressor main body compressing sucked-in air; an oil supply port supplying a lubricating oil to the compression chamber; an oil separator separating compressed air discharged from the compression chamber and the lubricating oil from each other; oil temperature adjustment means adjusting temperature of the lubricating oil supplied to the oil supply port; control means controlling the oil temperature adjustment means; sucked-in air temperature detection means detecting temperature of the sucked-in air; and sucked-in air humidity detection means detecting humidity of the sucked-in air, wherein the oil temperature adjustment means is controlled on the basis of detection information of the sucked-in air temperature detection means and of the sucked-in air humidity detection means.

PACKING CASE WITH DEGRADATION MONITORING
A method of monitoring degradation of seals of a packing case includes receiving signals from a first temperature sensor installed in a first location in a housing of the packing case; receiving signals from a second temperature sensor installed in a second location in the housing of the packing case; computing, from the signals, a temperature differential between the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor at two or more times; and determining, at least in part from the temperature differential at the two or more times, a degradation indicator for at least one of the seals of the packing case.
Reciprocating Compressor and Control Method Therefor
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a reciprocating compressor which is a compact, light-weight, portable air compressor such that deterioration of performance due to problems such as wear on the surface finish of the cylinder when the compressor is used for a long period of time outside the operating temperature range thereof is prevented. To achieve this, the cylinder temperature is detected, and control is carried out so that the compressor is restarted at a lower restart pressure when the temperature is lower than a prescribed value and stopped (and also restarted, preferably) at a low pressure when the temperature is higher than a prescribed value.
Microfluidic pump with thermal control
A microfluidic pump with thermal control. The microfluidic pump employs a fluid motivation mechanism that moves microscopic fluid volumes through a conduit using thermal vapor bubbles generated using supercritical heating. Aspects of the microfluidic pump include the use of a pump temperature controller that monitors temperatures associated with the microfluidic pump and slows or pauses operation of the microfluidic pump to reduce the rate at which heat is generated allowing additional time for heat to be passively dissipated. Controlling the upper microfluidic pump temperature prevents or reduces overheating of the fluid being pumped that renders the fluid less suitable or unsuitable for its intended purpose or harm to the microfluidic pump. Other aspects of the pump temperature controller include an optional substrate heater that helps raise the fluid temperature to a selected operational range for better performance of the fluid and/or the microfluidic pump.
