DUAL PUMPING FLUID PUMP
20180223826 · 2018-08-09 · ·

A dual pumping fluid pump which significantly reduces vibration and noise generation. When a cam installed on a rotating shaft of a single electric motor is rotated, a pair of first and second diaphragms installed in connection to an eccentric shaft portion formed on both the left and right sides of the cam alternatingly rise and descend in opposite directions and cause first and second intake check valves and first and second discharge check valves provided on a fluid passage box integrally and connectedly installed on the top surface of a pump housing to open or close first and second intake holes and first and second discharge holes to admit fluid through a fluid inlet and simultaneously discharge fluid through a fluid outlet, so that the simultaneous effects of the intake pressure and discharge pressure of fluid causes pressure balancing to occur.

Reciprocating Compressor Monitoring System

Systems and methods for monitoring the performance of reciprocating compressors are disclosed. The monitoring system includes inductive power generation at individual cylinders of the compressor, alleviating the need to run power supply and conduits to each of the cylinders. The inductive system also allows piston position to be determined at each cylinder. Data acquired at each cylinder can be telemetered to a central hub for processing.

SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PULSATING PRESSURE MEASUREMENT

A testing system for pulsating pressure measurement of the pressure of a fluid in dynamic pressure service in a pipe system is disclosed. For example, the testing system can include an accelerometer mounted to an exterior of the pipe system. An analyzer can be provided for sampling and filtering data from the only one accelerometer. In addition, a computer can be provided for running an algorithm to convert the data from the only one accelerometer to data regarding the pressure of the fluid in the pipe system.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HEALTH MONITORING OF HYDRAULIC PUMPS
20180119713 · 2018-05-03 ·

A method of monitoring health of a hydraulic pump includes identifying, from performance data received from a sensor coupled to a hydraulic system, intervals of steady state and transient state operation. Dynamic element indicators are determined using data from the interval of steady state operation. Performance indicators are determined using data from both the interval of steady state operation and the interval of transient state operation. One or more state flags are set using the dynamic element indicators and the performance indicators.
