MICRO WATER PUMP CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING FLOW PRECISELY
A micro water pump capable of controlling flow precisely includes an upper cover, a valve seat, a water capsule seat, a base casing, a water capsule, a crank lever, a drive shaft, an eccentric wheel, a motor, a photoelectric switch, and an output circuit board. The output circuit board is electrically connected with an external motor controller. Through the photoelectric switch to detect the revolution of the motor and to cooperate with the external motor controller, the revolution of the motor control can be controlled precisely so as to get a stable water flow under different volumes and back pressures.
Device and method for monitoring oil pressure in oil cylinder of diaphragm compressor
The present disclosure provides a device for monitoring oil pressure in an oil cylinder of a diaphragm compressor, including a piston rod and a strain gauge circuit. The strain gauge circuit includes a strain gauge component and a bridge circuit connected, and the strain gauge component is arranged on the surface of the piston rod. A strain gauge component is noninvasively arranged on the piston rod of the diaphragm compressor to measure the load of the piston rod, such that the oil pressure can be measured indirectly, and thus the oil pressure of the diaphragm compressor can be measured nondestructively. Nondestructive and noninvasive monitoring of the diaphragm compressor is safe and reliable, and can achieve accurate monitoring of the oil pressure especially in high-pressure working conditions.
Control of a dual-pump single-power source system
In some implementations, a controller may obtain an indication of a first crank angle associated with a first pump, of a dual-pump single-power source system, that is mechanically connected to a power source of the dual-pump single-power source system via a first clutch. The controller may obtain an indication of a second crank angle associated with a second pump, of the dual-pump single-power source system, that is mechanically connected to the power source via a second clutch. The controller may determine that a difference between the first crank angle and the second crank angle is outside of a tolerance of a crank angle difference value. The controller may modulate a fluid pressure associated with at least one of the first clutch or the second clutch to cause the difference between the first crank angle and the second crank angle to be within the tolerance of the crank angle difference value.
Apparatus and methods for identifying defective pumps
Apparatus and methods for detecting pump defects in a pumping system comprising multiple pumps. Each pump includes a pump fluid outlet fluidly connected with the pump fluid outlet of the other pumps. Pump defects are detected by generating information related to fluid pressure fluctuations at each pump fluid outlet and determining harmonic frequencies from the information related to fluid pressure fluctuations for each of the plurality of pumps. The amplitude of the harmonic frequencies is indicative of a defective one of the plurality of pumps.
CEPSTRUM ANALYSIS OF OILFIELD PUMPING EQUIPMENT HEALTH
The present disclosure introduces apparatuses and methods for assessing health of oilfield pumping equipment. An example pump assembly health monitoring system receives angular position data, including angular positions associated with operation of the pump assembly, and parameter data, including values of a parameter associated with the pump assembly that fluctuates with the angular positions. The monitoring system determines a cepstrum of the parameter data with respect to the angular position data, and determines a ratio of a first amplitude of the cepstrum at a quefrency of about zero to a second amplitude of the cepstrum at a non-zero quefrency. The determined ratio is indicative of a health of a component of the pump assembly.
Liquid soap dispenser with controls positive and reverse rotations of motor and liquid discharge amount through angle counting
A liquid soap dispenser, which controls positive and reverse rotations of a motor and a liquid discharge amount through angle counting, includes a front cover, a back cover, a liquid soap bottle, a pump component, a main engine and a key. An angle counter is arranged in the main engine. The liquid soap dispenser is connected with the motor. The angle counter is driven to rotate through the motor, so as to measure a rotation angle of the motor. The motor is connected with a gearbox, and the gearbox is connected with an output gear. The output gear is fastened at a lower part of the pump component, and the pump component is driven to move through the output gear. The liquid soap dispenser realizes a stepless adjustment of the liquid discharge amount through controlling the motor to reversely rotate.

Heat exchange system for patient temperature control with easy loading high performance peristaltic pump
A peristaltic pump has an arcuate raceway with a partially concave inner surface extending through an arc of at least one hundred eighty degrees (180). The arc defines a midpoint, and a rotor faces the inner surface of the raceway and is both rotatable relative to the raceway and translationally movable relative to the raceway between a pump position, wherein the rotor is spaced from the midpoint a first distance, and a tube load position, wherein the rotor is spaced from the midpoint a second distance greater than the first distance. A rotor motor is coupled to the rotor to rotate the rotor and rollers arranged on the rotor to contact tubing disposed between the rotor and the raceway when the rotor is in the pump position. A loading motor moves the rotor toward and away from the raceway.

The system includes a plurality of sensors configured to detect conditions of the hydraulic fracturing pump and a processor that is communicatively coupled to the plurality of sensors and configured to analyze data received from the plurality of sensors. The processor is also configured to predict faults in the hydraulic fracturing pump based on the data analysis. The system also includes a communication interface that is configured for transmitting predicted fault data to one or more devices.
Apparatus and methods for treating excess intraocular fluid
An ocular drainage system is provided for treating diseases that produce elevated intraocular pressures, such as glaucoma, wherein the system includes an implantable device and an external control unit, the implantable device includes a non-invasively adjustable valve featuring at least one deformable tube and a disk rotatably mounted within a housing, such that rotation of the disk using the external control unit causes the disk to apply a selected amount of compression to the deformable tube, thereby adjusting the fluidic resistance of the deformable tube and regulating the intraocular pressure.
