Variable capacity compressor operation mode determination method and device, variable capacity compressor, and air conditioner
Disclosed are a variable capacity compressor operation mode determination method and device, a variable capacity compressor and an air conditioner. The variable capacity compressor operation mode determination method includes: detecting a current value of a compressor at present as A1 before switching an operation mode of the compressor; detecting the current value of the compressor at present as A2 after switching the operation mode of the compressor and reaching a preset time; comparing A1 and A2, determining that the switching of the operation mode of the compressor is successful when a ratio relationship between A1 and A2 satisfies a preset condition, and determining that switching of the operation mode of the compressor is failed when the ratio relationship between A1 and A2 dissatisfies a preset condition.
DUAL PUMP VFD CONTROLLED MOTOR ELECTRIC FRACTURING SYSTEM
The present invention provides a method and system for providing on-site electrical power to a fracturing operation, and an electrically powered fracturing system. Natural gas can be used to drive a turbine generator in the production of electrical power. A scalable, electrically powered fracturing fleet is provided to pump fluids for the fracturing operation, obviating the need for a constant supply of diesel fuel to the site and reducing the site footprint and infrastructure required for the fracturing operation, when compared with conventional systems.
Variable capacity drive circuit for a linear compressor in a refrigeration appliance
A method for operating a variable capacity drive circuit of a compressor includes operating first and second four-quadrant switches in a first state in which the first four-quadrant switch is closed and the second four-quadrant switch is open such that a voltage seen by the motor is equal to an AC line voltage. The method also includes operating the first and second four-quadrant switches in a second state where the first four-quadrant switch is open and the second four-quadrant switch is closed such that the voltage seen by the motor is to zero. Further, the method includes providing a positive firing angle and a negative firing angle for defining when the first and second four-quadrant switches are operated in each of the first and second states. Moreover, the method also includes transitioning between the first and second states using the firing angles at a switching frequency determined by the AC line voltage frequency.
Method for controlling motor-driven pump in a fluid system
A method for controlling a motor-driven pump in communication with a fluid system is provided. Preferably the method employs a frequency drive system to control the motor-driven pump. The control method is characterized in that the operating frequency of the motor can be adjusted very quickly and it is ensured to be operated in a safe frequency range no more than a rated current.
Synchronization of Supply Flow Paths
A solvent supply system for supplying a composite includes a first supply path with a first pump unit, the first supply path being adapted for supplying a first solvent to a mixing unit, the first pump unit operating periodically, and a second supply path with a second pump unit, the second supply path being adapted for supplying a second solvent to the mixing unit, the second pump unit operating periodically. The mixing unit is adapted for mixing the first and the second solvent and for supplying a composite solvent. The solvent supply system further includes a control unit adapted for controlling operation of the first and the second pump unit.
Fluid Machine
Even when abnormal heat generation occurs during operation in a state where the temperature of a compressor is not increased, abnormality cannot be detected. A fluid machine includes a fluid machine body; a motor that drives the fluid machine body; a temperature sensor that measures a temperature of the fluid machine body; and a control unit that controls the fluid machine body. The control unit changes a temperature threshold value based on at least one of a pressure of a fluid discharged by the fluid machine body and a frequency of a voltage input into the motor, and issues a notification when the temperature of the compressor body measured by the temperature sensor exceeds the temperature threshold value.
Control Method of Compressor and Refrigerant Circulation System
The present disclosure provides a control method of a compressor and a refrigerant circulation system. The control method includes deciding whether a current working volume state of the compressor is matched with a control instruction after the compressor completes a change to a working volume according to the control instruction, determining that the compressor operates normally in a case where the current working volume state of the compressor is matched with the control instruction, and determining that the compressor operates in fault in a case where the current working volume state of the compressor is not matched with the control instruction.
Compressor Cylinder Switching Control Method and Device, Unit and Air Conditioning System
The disclosure discloses a method and a device for controlling cylinder switching of a compressor, a unit and an air conditioning system. The method includes: determining whether the compressor needs to perform cylinder switching; if so, adjusting current operating frequency according to a system pressure difference so that both the adjusted operating frequency and the system pressure difference meet a cylinder switching condition of the compressor; and controlling the compressor to perform cylinder switching. At the moment, the system pressure difference and the operation frequency are stable, and would not interfere the compressor's maintaining of the single-cylinder or double-cylinder operation state, which guarantees the energy efficiency of the unit where the compressor is located, and improves the use experience of a user.

The solvent supply system comprises a first supply flow path with a first pump unit, the first supply flow path being adapted for supplying a flow of a first solvent to a mixing unit, the first pump unit operating periodically, and a second supply flow path with a second pump unit, the second supply flow path being adapted for supplying a flow of a second solvent to the mixing unit, the second pump unit operating periodically. The mixing unit is adapted for mixing the first and the second solvent and for supplying a composite solvent. The solvent supply system further comprises a control unit adapted for controlling operation of the first and the second pump unit, the control unit being adapted to prevent at least one of a predefined phase relation and a predefined frequency relation between the first pump unit and the second pump unit.
Controlling a pump
An apparatus and associated method for operating a horizontal surface pump apparatus, including a motor operating a pump to pressurize a fluid inside the pump. A flow controller executes computer instructions stored in memory that define a selected flow rate of the fluid flowing out of the pump based on a flow profile trajectory stored in memory and related to an observed parameter of the fluid. A motor controller executes computer instructions stored in memory that map the selected flow rate and an observed head pressure of the fluid to a selected motor speed via a transformation function stored in memory, and that operate the motor at the selected motor speed.
