An operation recording system to be used in an electric compressor of a vehicle air-conditioning system equipped with an inverter circuit (50), said system being equipped with: an acquisition unit for acquiring, as abnormality reference information, at least one type of information from among temperature information at a prescribed position in the inverter circuit (50). voltage information at a prescribed position in the inverter circuit (50) and electric current information at a prescribed position in the inverter circuit (50); and a recording processing unit for recording the abnormality reference information and time information which can be associated with said abnormality reference information in a prescribed recording unit.
