An object of the present invention is to provide a fluid compression system which can supply compressed fluid in accordance with a sudden change in an amount of fluid used even when the number of compressors to be installed is increased, and a control device thereof. In order to solve the problem, provided is a fluid compression system, including: a plurality of compression devices which compress fluid; and a number of device controller which controls the number of operating compression devices of the plurality of compression devices, in which at least one of the plurality of compression devices is configured of a plurality of compressor main bodies, and performs a volume control operation which changes the number of operating compression devices in accordance with an amount of compressed fluid used, or a fixed control operation which does not change an output during the operation regardless of the amount of the compressed fluid used, and the number of device controller switches a state where the plurality of compression devices perform the volume control operation and a state where the compression devices perform the fixed control operation.
Flow rate control for pump with flow sensor
Aspects are provided for positive displacement pumps and methods and systems for controlling such pumps for dispensing at a flow rate based on a downstream flow sensor. A pump controller determines a targeted motor speed for a flow rate set point based on a flow rate function. The pump controller determines a predicted movement time for a motor of the pump to change from a current motor speed to the targeted motor speed, a predicted wait time to reach a flow rate corresponding to the targeted motor speed, and a measurement time after the wait time. The pump controller controls the positive displacement pump according to consecutive control cycles, each control cycle includes a pump movement sub-cycle, a wait sub-cycle, and a measurement sub-cycle. The pump controller determines a measured flow rate during the measurement sub-cycle. A subsequent control cycle is based on the measured flow rate.
Screw Compressor System for a Utility Vehicle
A screw compressor system for a utility vehicle has at least one screw compressor, at least one screw compressor drive and at least one control and/or regulation unit. The control and/or regulation unit is connected to the screw compressor drive and is designed and configured such that it monitors, when the screw compressor is in operation, the ratio of idle time and switched on time of the screw compressor drive and this ratio controls and regulates to a predetermined range.
Peristaltic pump having temperature-compensated volumetric delivery
Described is a method for regulating a volume of liquid delivered by a peristaltic pump and a peristaltic pump system that can be used to perform the method. The method includes sensing an ambient temperature of the peristaltic pump. The peristaltic pump includes a pump motor. At least one of a motor speed and a motor operation duration is determined from the sensed temperature, a selected volume of liquid to be delivered and a predetermined correspondence of the motor speed to ambient temperature. The pump motor is operated at the determined motor speed or for the determined motor operation duration to deliver the selected volume of liquid from the peristaltic pump.
INFLATOR WITH DYNAMIC PRESSURE COMPENSATION
An inflator includes an inflator housing, a pressure sensor operable to generate a pressure signal related to an outlet pressure of the inflator, a motor within the inflator housing, a battery pack removably coupleable to the inflator housing, and a controller electrically coupled to the motor and the battery pack. The controller is configured to receive the pressure signal from the pressure sensor, determine a rate of pressurization change based on the pressure signal, determine a static pressure value based on the rate of pressurization change, and determine a motor time delay based on a target pressure value, the static pressure value, and the rate of pressurization change. The controller is also configured to generate a control signal when the motor time delay substantially equals zero. The control signal is operable to cause power to the motor to be turned off to stop a pressurization condition of the inflator.
Apparatus and method for controlling compressor
An apparatus and a method may control a compressor. The apparatus may control a motor (included in a compressor) such that the motor quickly repeats turn-on and turn-off operations in a cooling power supply time period/section, thereby enabling the compressor to compress refrigerant in the cooling power supply time period/section. Thus, cooling power of a refrigerator may change while the compressor operates with maximum efficiency.
Predictive pump maintenance based upon utilization and operating conditions
A computer implemented method of predicting a future maintenance event of a pumping equipment on a wellbore pumping unit comprising loading a pump usage log and a pump maintenance log into a predictive maintenance model. The predictive maintenance model is trained by a machine learning process with a historical database of completed pumping jobs. The predictive maintenance model determines a probability of a future maintenance event in response to the current pump usage. The unit controller displays an alert of the remaining pump life in comparison to a threshold value for a recommended pump maintenance period or a required pump maintenance period.
ELECTRIC CONTROL MODULE SOLENOID PUMP
A control unit for a solenoid pump, the solenoid pump including: an inlet port, an outlet port, and a first through-bore connecting the inlet and outlet ports; a plunger disposed within the first through-bore and including a second through-bore; a spring arranged to urge the plunger toward the outlet port; a solenoid coil disposed about a portion of the plunger and arranged to displace the plunger toward the inlet port in response to direct current coil power applied to the solenoid coil, the control unit including a microcontroller operatively arranged to control the solenoid coil, a first transistor operatively arranged to receive an external signal and communicate the signal to the microcontroller to control the solenoid coil, and a second transistor, arranged between the microcontroller and the solenoid coil, the second transistor operatively arranged to energize and de-energize the solenoid coil in response to the microcontroller.
Method and system for protection and diagnosis of a linear compressor, and a linear compressor
A method for protection and diagnosis of a linear compression including at least one electronic control. At each work cycle of the linear compressor, the protection method includes detecting a suction time of the linear compressor; detecting a compression time of the linear compressor; and calculating, after detecting a compression time of the linear compressor, a decision parameter equivalent to the difference between the previously detected suction time and the compression time.
Fluid machine system and method for controlling same
There are provided an operation number control device and a method for controlling the same that can level the operation times of the fluid machines, which are connected to the operation number control device. A fluid machine system comprises a plurality of fluid machines, and an operation number control device capable of individually controlling start and stop of the fluid machines. The operation number control device sets a continuous operation time for each of the fluid machines based on total operation times of the fluid machine and other fluid machines. When among fluid machines in operation, there is a fluid machine for which the continuous operation time set for the fluid machine has elapsed and there is a fluid machine at stop, the operation number control device causes the fluid machine at stop to start and causes the fluid machine to stop.
