A compressor includes a casing with an oil retention space, an electric motor, a driveshaft, a compression mechanism, an oil supply passage, an oil discharge passage, an oil supply pump, and an oil discharge pump. The compression mechanism has a movable part, and an upper housing forming a crank chamber. The upper housing has an upper bearing that pivotally supports the driveshaft below the crank chamber. The oil supply passage leads oil in the oil retention space to the crank chamber. The oil discharge passage includes a main oil discharge passage, and a first inflow passage communicating between the main oil discharge passage and the crank chamber. An oil-recovery space is formed in a lower part of the upper housing below the crank chamber. The oil discharge passage includes a second inflow passage communicating between the main oil discharge passage and the oil-recovery space.

Scalable hydraulic motor with drive input shaft and driven output shaft
10233925 · 2019-03-19 ·

The present invention discloses a hydraulic style motor having a first power input housing containing a first plurality of rotary or centrifugally driven pumps and associated valves, such that the pumps are driven in a determined stacked fashion by a powered input (or drive) shaft. A second power output housing contains at least one second rotary driven pump and associated valve, the second pumps rotatably engaging a second output (driven) shaft. A pressure resistant fluid line interconnects a manifold associated with the first housing with another manifold associated with the second housing so that the pressurized fluid generated by rotation of the input pumps in the input housing is communicated to the output housing to drive the output pumps to rotate the output (driven) shaft. A return line communicates with the output housing manifold, via each of the individual pump and valve subassemblies, for redirecting flow back to an input feed to the input housing.

The present invention relates to a gear pump (10) with at least three gear wheels (12, 14, 16), which are arranged in a pump housing (18), and a drive shaft (20). With such a device, in which the at least three gear wheels (12, 14, 16) are arranged radially adjacent to one another, and wherein a pump is formed by in each case two adjacent ones of the at least three gear wheels (12, 14, 16) and wherein one of the at least three gear wheels (12, 14, 16) can be driven by the drive shaft (20), a multiple pump is described which is more compact in construction than the known prior art and has a greater level of efficiency. Furthermore, considerable potential savings in system costs result from this.

Rotation device and rotor compressor and fluid motor having the same

A rotating device includes a cylinder body, a front end cover, a rear end cover, a main shaft, an eccentric rotor assembly and an isolation mechanism. The eccentric rotor assembly includes an eccentric shaft, a rolling piston wheel and at least one rolling bearing. In the rotating device, the eccentric shaft is isolated from the rolling piston wheel by the rolling bearing and the two are rotated, and the cylinder body is reliably sealed by an elastic pre-tightening force. Further provided are a rotor compressor using the rotating device, and a fluid motor. A rotating valve body and a rotating valve body reset mechanism in the rotating device are also improved.
