Hydraulic device that controls pulsation in first oil by increasing rotation number of second pump
In a hydraulic control device, when it is detected that a pressure of first oil (output pressure) detected by an output pressure sensor pulsates, a transmission control unit as a TCU stops driving of a second pump or decreases a rotation number of the second pump as a first operation. Alternatively, when it is detected that the output pressure pulsates, the TCU increases the rotation number of the second pump to a rotation number (for example, maximum rotation number) that is higher than a target rotation number as a second operation.
Dosing pump system
A compact, modular dosing pump system that is capable of microdose and macrodose volume flow rates, reduces or eliminates the need for additional flow control components such as temperature and pressure sensors, and utilizes a wider operational flow range than existing systems while maintaining the level of accuracy and precision exhibited by conventional dosing pump systems is provided. The dosing pump utilizes a a control system to deliver a range of fluid volumes. The control system monitors the motor emf voltage, calculates the flow rate, and makes adjustments to the pump motor voltage to precisely maintain the desired flowrate.

Pump device including return passage for returning fluid from discharge passage to suction passage
A pump device includes a housing, a pump element, and an on-off valve. The housing includes a suction passage defining a suction port at an upstream end, a discharge passage defining a discharge port at a downstream end, and a return passage returning a part of a fluid flowing through the discharge passage to midway of the suction passage. The pump element is accommodated in the housing and rotates around a predetermined axis to suck, pressurize, and discharge a fluid. The on-off valve opens and closes the return passage. In the suction passage upstream of an opening at which the return passage is opened to the suction passage, the housing includes a directional wall which directs a flow of a suction fluid sucked into the suction passage from the suction port to divert from a flow of a return fluid returned from the return passage.
FLUID DELIVERY DEVICE
A fluid delivery device having a forepump and a main pump fluidically connected to the forepump, wherein the forepump can be driven via a forepump input shaft and the main pump can be driven via a main pump input shaft. According to the invention, the forepump has a forepump drive gear coupled to the forepump input shaft and a forepump delivery gear interacting with the forepump drive gear to deliver the fluid, wherein the forepump and the main pump are drivingly coupled to a common drive shaft, and wherein the forepump delivery gear and the main pump input shaft are connected to one another via a connecting shaft such that the forepump input shaft is coupled directly to the drive shaft and the main pump input shaft is coupled to the drive shaft via the connecting shaft.

PUMP DEVICE
A pump device includes a rotating body, a pump housing including a suction port and a discharge port, and a relief valve. In the pump device, a fluid is sucked from the suction port and discharged from the discharge port by rotation of the rotating body. The relief valve includes a valve body and a biasing member. The discharge port includes an one end in a direction in which the discharge port extends. The one end is shallower than a middle portion of the discharge port. The pump housing includes a relief flow path through which the fluid flows when the relief valve opens. The relief flow path is provided so as to be open to a groove bottom surface of the one end of the discharge port.
Climate-Control System Having Valve Assembly
A compressor includes a shell, first and second scroll members, a fitting assembly and a valve assembly. The first scroll member includes a first end plate having a first spiral wrap extending therefrom. The second scroll member includes a second end plate having a second spiral wrap extending therefrom and an injection passage formed in the second end plate. The second spiral wrap is meshingly engaged with the first spiral wrap to form compression pockets. The injection passage is in fluid communication with the compression pockets. The fitting assembly is in fluid communication with the injection passage. The valve assembly coupled to one of the second scroll member and the fitting assembly and movable between a closed position in which fluid communication between the compression pockets and the suction chamber is prevented and an open position in which fluid communication between the compression pockets and the suction chamber is allowed.
Power transfer system and method using a variable speed ratio regulating device
A device is described for transmitting mechanical power that allows variable output-speed to input-speed ratios. Gear sets such as epicyclic gear sets have components that rotate about a common axis selectively at the same rotational speed and at different relative rotational speeds as determined by at least one of fluid flow and fluid pressure. One or more inlet ports and fluid passageways introduce a working fluid into one or more volume spaces between the components. The internal pressure and flow of the working fluid through the device is controlled to provide substantially infinite variability of the output-speed to input-speed ratios for applications where, for example, an engine provides the mechanical power for propelling a vehicle.
Vane oil pump with different back pressure supplied to vanes
A vane oil pump includes a rotor including a plurality of slits, a housing having an inner circumferential cam surface such that a first pump unit and a second pump unit taking in and discharging oil in accordance with rotation of the rotor are separately disposed in a rotational direction of the rotor, a plurality of vanes respectively fitted in the slits of the rotor, and a pressure adjusting device configured to adjust a second discharge pressure of the second pump unit to a lower pressure than a first discharge pressure of the first pump unit. A back pressure groove is disposed on the housing and is provided to supply back pressure oil to a bottom portion of each slit.
