The vane pump assembly includes a housing with an inner wall that surrounds an open chamber. A rotor is rotatably disposed in the open chamber and has a circular shape when viewed in cross section. A first pair of vanes are received in the rotor and are operably connected with one another by a first bell crank which is pivotable about a pivot axis such that movement of one vane inwardly into the rotor causes the other vane to move outwardly out of the rotor to maintain both vanes in contact with the inner wall as the rotor rotates relative to the housing during operation of the vane pump assembly.

Pump

A pump having a stroke ring which has an axial recess, a rotor which is received in the axial recess so as to be rotatable relative to the stroke ring, wherein the rotor has radial recesses in which delivery elements are displaceable received as viewed in a radial direction, a side plate which closes off the axial recess on a first side, a pressure plate which closes off the axial recess on a second side, wherein the pressure plate has at least one opening, wherein a pressure region of the pump is fluidically connected to external surroundings of the pressure plate through the at least one opening, and wherein at least one fluid path is provided from the pressure region of the pup into an under-vane region of the delivery elements, and a cold-start plate which is preloaded against the pressure plate by means of a spring element such that, at least when the pump is at a stand-still, the cold-start plate closes the at least one opening in the pressure plate to the external surroundings of the pressure plate. The pump is characterized in that the spring element is supported on the pressure plate so as to introduce preload forces into the cold-start plate, and in that the spring element is fastened to the pressure plate.

Internal gear pump having a rotationally fixed axial disk

An internal gear pump for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle braking system includes a pump shaft that is mounted rotatably on one side of a pinion and a ring gear that is mounted rotatably in an axial disk. The axial disk seals off the pinion and the ring gear at the sides.

SEAL ARRANGEMENT FOR A SWITCHABLE VANE CELL PUMP OF CARTRIDGE DESIGN
20170260979 · 2017-09-14 ·

A seal arrangement for a vane cell pump of cartridge design which is configured such that it can be switched into multiple flows is described. The seal arrangement comprises a first seal which is arranged so as to run around the circumference of a side plate of the vane cell pump, and a second seal which is arranged so as to run around a shaft leadthrough which is provided in the side plate. The seal arrangement is distinguished by a third seal which, apart from at least one first fluid connection, shuts off at least a second fluid connection with respect to the at least one first fluid connection within a region which is configured between the first seal and the second seal.

ELASTIC CONTAINMENT ASSEMBLY FOR A PUMP
20170254329 · 2017-09-07 ·

A containment assembly for a pump provided with at least one pumping group and with at least one power transmission system to such a pumping group. The containment assembly comprises a substantially cylindrical containment vessel provided with an opening at one of the ends thereof, configured to at least partially enclose the pumping group and the respective power transmission system. The containment assembly also comprises at least one closure plate, sealably coupled with the containment vessel at the open end thereof and configured to hermetically enclose, in cooperation with such a containment vessel, the pumping group and the respective power transmission system. On a predetermined contact portion between the containment vessel and the closure plate at least one wave spring is provided, configured to keep the pumping group dynamically under compression by means of the closure plate.
