Oil supply mechanism of rotating machinery and rotating machinery having oil supply mechanism
An oil supply mechanism comprises: an oil pump device connected to a rotating shaft of a rotating machinery; a main oil supply passage formed in the rotating shaft substantially in the axial direction of the rotating shaft; and a bypass oil passage in communication with the main oil supply passage and allowing a part of lubricating oil in the main oil supply passage to flow out via the bypass oil passage. The bypass oil passage extends in a direction substantially transverse to the rotating shaft. The bypass oil passage is configured such that a radial distance from an outlet of the bypass oil passage to the axis of the rotating shaft is greater than the radius of the rotating shaft.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
The present invention relates to a scroll compressor. A scroll compressor according to the present embodiment comprises a rotational shaft, wherein the rotational shaft comprises: a first frame support part having an inner circumferential surface portion, into which a boss part of a first scroll is inserted, and an outer circumferential surface portion for forming an outer surface thereof; and a guide hole penetrating from the inner circumferential surface portion toward the outer circumferential surface portion.
Package-type fluid machine
A package-type fluid machine includes a compressor unit including a compression portion that compresses a fluid, a motor that drives the compression portion, and a cooling fan that is driven by the motor; a machine chamber in which the compressor unit is disposed; an inverter chamber which is adjacent to the machine chamber and in which an inverter is disposed; a partition wall that partitions off the machine chamber from the inverter chamber and has an opening; and an inverter intake port that is disposed in the inverter chamber to take in a cooling gas. The cooling fan is disposed on a side of the machine chamber, the opening being located on the side. The cooling fan is driven to cause the cooling gas to flow from the inverter intake port to the opening to cool the inverter.
Scroll compressor and refrigeration cycle apparatus
A scroll compressor includes an orbiting bedplate which has an oil passage through which oil flows outward in a radial direction of the orbiting bedplate, a lap-side oil supply hole that causes the oil passage to communicate with a lap-formation surface of the orbiting lap, and a thrust-surface-side oil supply hole that causes the oil passage to communicate with a thrust surface of the orbiting bedplate that is opposite to the lap-formation surface of the orbiting bedplate. An opening and closing mechanism provided in the oil passage closes the thrust-surface-side oil supply hole when the pressure of oil that is drawn from an oil sump by an oil pump and supplied into the oil passage is low, and opens the thrust-surface-side oil supply hole when the pressure of the oil is high.
Motor-driven compressor, housing structure for motor-driven compressor, and method of installing soundproof cover on motor-driven compressor
A motor-driven compressor, a housing structure for a motor-driven compressor, and a method of installing a soundproof cover on a motor-driven compressor are provided. A soundproof cover includes layers that include a first layer and a second layer. The first layer is placed over a housing, and the second layer is placed over the first layer. Each of the layers includes a first segment and a second segment. A second selection layer is located inward of a first selection layer. A boundary in the second selection layer is located above the boundary of the first selection layer.
Compressor having a bushing assembly
A compressor includes a shell, a bearing housing, an orbiting scroll, a non-orbiting scroll and a spacer. The bearing housing includes a central body and a plurality of arms extending radially outwardly from the central body. Each of the arms has a first aperture. The non-orbiting scroll is meshingly engaged with the orbiting scroll and includes a plurality of second apertures. Each second aperture receives a bushing defining a first longitudinal axis and a fastener defining a second longitudinal axis. The fastener extends through the bushing and into a corresponding one of the first apertures in the bearing housing. The spacer is disposed between the bushing and the fastener of each second aperture and is configured to engage one of the bushing and the fastener to restrict radial misalignment between the first longitudinal axis of the bushing and the second longitudinal axis of the fastener.
SCROLL MACHINE AND REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
A scroll machine for a medium has a machine housing having a longitudinal axis and an inlet and an outlet for the medium. Provided in the machine housing along the longitudinal axis is: a drive unit having a drive shaft mounted on the machine housing by a first bearing unit and a second bearing unit, a first spiral unit having a spiral channel formed by a first spiral rib and has an inner end region and an outer end region, and a second spiral unit having a spiral channel formed by a second spiral rib and has an inner end region and an outer end region. The first spiral unit and the second spiral unit engage one another to form pressure chambers, wherein the first spiral unit can be moved by means of the drive shaft through the drive unit along an orbital path relative to the second spiral unit.
Scroll machine with injection and refrigeration system
A scroll machine with an injection for a medium has a machine housing with a longitudinal axis. A first scroll unit with scroll channel is formed by a scroll rib. A second scroll unit has a first side and a second side opposite the first side. A scroll channel formed by a second scroll rib is provided on the first side, and a high-pressure chamber is arranged on the second side of the second scroll unit and connected with the scroll channel via a passage. These are arranged in the machine housing along the longitudinal axis. The first scroll unit and the second scroll unit engage with each other to form pressure chambers. The first scroll unit can be moved relative to the second scroll unit along an orbital path. An intermediate base is provided along the longitudinal axis between the second scroll unit and the high-pressure chamber.
