The connection to the injection circuit is additionally realised by means of an additional injection point in the housing that opens into a second or subsequent compression chamber or expansion chamber.

Subsea multiphase pump or compressor with magnetic coupling and cooling or lubrication by liquid or gas extracted from process fluid

A submersible fluid system for operating submersed in a body of water includes an electric machine and a fluid-end. The fluid-end includes a fluid-end housing having an inlet to a fluid rotor, the fluid rotor coupled to the electric machine and carried to rotate in the housing by a bearing in the housing. A fluid separator system receives a multiphase fluid and communicates a flow of the fluid to the inlet and a substantially liquid flow extracted from the multiphase fluid to the bearing.

Rotary compressor with vapor injection system

A compressor may include a crankshaft, first and second cylinder housings, first and second rotors, a divider plate, and first and second valves. The crankshaft includes first and second eccentric portions. The cylinder housings define cylindrical recesses. The rotors are disposed within respective cylindrical recesses and engage respective eccentric portions of the crankshaft. The first rotor and the first cylindrical recess define a first compression chamber therebetween. The second rotor and the second cylindrical recess define a second compression chamber therebetween. The divider plate may be disposed between the cylinder housings and may include first and second fluid openings in communication with the first and second compression chambers. The valves may be moveable relative to the divider plate between a first position allowing fluid flow through the fluid openings and a second position restricting fluid flow through the fluid openings.

A compressor system is provided that includes a contact cooled compressor and a coolant separator. The coolant separator is used to remove coolant fluid from a compressed flow stream produced by the contact cooled compressor during its operation. The coolant separator routes the removed coolant fluid back to the contact cooled compressor for further use. In some forms the coolant fluid is cooled prior to delivery back to the compressor. A stop valve can be provided in the coolant fluid return line to halt the flow of the fluid. A pressure sensitive member can be disposed to sense pressure of the coolant fluid that has been routed past the stop valve. Operation of the compressor can be changed as a result of the sensed pressure from the pressure sensitive member. Information from a temperature sensitive member can also be used to change operation of the compressor.

COMPRESSION DEVICE

A compression device includes: a compressor including a casing, a rotor that is housed in a rotor chamber inside the casing and compresses gas by rotating, a bearing that is provided inside the casing and supports a rotor shaft so that the rotor is rotatable, and a first shaft-sealing part and a second shaft-sealing part that are provided to line up between the rotor chamber and the bearing in the casing to seal a periphery of the rotor shaft; a first supply line adapted to supply injection oil to the rotor chamber; a second supply line that is provided independent of the first supply line to supply lubrication oil to the bearing; a third supply line adapted to supply sealing gas to the first shaft-sealing part; and a fourth supply line adapted to supply the second shaft-sealing part with sealing oil to be used for sealing.

SINGLE-STAGE COMPRESSOR AND ENERGY SYSTEM USING THE SAME

A single-stage compressor including one compressing unit, includes: a housing having a compressing chamber formed therein and including a suction port, which is located in one side of the compressing chamber and into which a working fluid enters, and an injection port, which is located on the compressing chamber to be spaced apart from the suction port by a predetermined distance and into which an intermediate-pressure working fluid is injected; and an intermediate-pressure valve installed on an intermediate-pressure fluid flow path on which the intermediate-pressure working fluid moves and configured to control supply of the intermediate-pressure working fluid so that the intermediate-pressure working fluid is supplied to the injection port in response to an intermediate pressure of the compressing chamber. In the injection-type compressor having a single chamber, a working fluid is injected at an intermediate pressure (not in the proximity of a suction pressure) so that efficiency and capability of the injection-type compressor having a single chamber can be improved. The injection-type compressor having a single chamber has a simple structure and is easily manufactured so that a pressure of an injection port and a corresponding intermediate pressure can be selectively set in various ways.
