Screw compressor slide valve and screw compressor with gas pulsation attenuation function
A screw compressor slide valve with gas pulsation attenuation function includes valve walls and internal through holes. A screw compressor includes the screw compressor slide valve. A part of exhausted gas of the screw compressor is directly discharged from an exhaust port to an exhaust chamber to form a main exhaust flow channel; another part of the exhausted gas is discharged from the exhaust port into the exhaust chamber after being delayed by the internal through holes, which forms a branched exhaust flow channel. Since the branched exhaust flow channel is longer than the main exhaust flow channel, when the gas pulsation in the branched exhaust flow channel lags behind that in the main exhaust flow channel by 180-degree in phase, two gas pulsations in the two flow channels are offset due to opposite gas pulsation phases, which attenuates the gas pulsation, thereby suppressing induced vibration and noise.

The compressor of the present disclosure can vary its own capacity, that is, the variation of the compressor's capacity can be realized by arranging a ventilating slider, which will meet the requirements of variation loads of the compressor in different seasons.
Rotary compressor
A rotary compressor may include a case, a cylinder, a roller, a vane, a main bearing and a sub bearing, and a discharge passage defined in the main bearing or the sub bearing to discharge refrigerant compressed in a compression space. The discharge passage may include at least one discharge hole formed through the main bearing or the sub bearing, and at least one discharge guide groove having a first end that communicates with the at least one discharge hole and a second end that extends from the at least one discharge hole toward a contact point between the cylinder and the roller and is recessed from one surface of the main bearing or the sub bearing forming the compression space. Accordingly, an amount of refrigerant remaining in the compression space even after a discharge stroke may be reduced.
POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT ROOTS BLOWER NOISE SUPPRESSION
A positive displacement roots blower can include a housing having an inlet structured to receive an incoming flow of a fluid, an outlet structured to receive an outgoing flow of the fluid, and a passage. The positive displacement roots blower can also include a pair of intermeshed rotating members supported for complementary rotation within the housing, where the rotating members and the housing form respective operating volumes there between which rotate with the rotating members. Each of the respective operating volumes has the following regions: (1) open to inlet/closed to outlet; (2) closed to inlet/closed to outlet; and (3) closed to inlet/open to outlet. The passage includes a restriction and connects to at least one of the operating volumes when the at least one of the respective operating volumes is in region (2). The restriction can be a venturi feedback connecting to the outlet.

A coupling assembly arranged between an input shaft and a rotor shaft of a supercharger includes a first hub, a second hub, a first side coupling assembly, a second side coupling assembly, a central hub and a plurality of coupler pins. The first hub is mounted for concurrent rotation with the input shaft. The second hub is mounted for concurrent rotation with the rotor shaft. The first side coupling assembly has a first side coupling body and a first side elastomeric insert. The first side coupling body includes an inboard body portion having a first series of pockets and an outboard body portion having a second series of pockets. The first side elastomeric insert has a first and second plurality of lobes. The pockets of the first and second series of pockets are tangentially offset relative to each other and each receive respective first and second plurality of lobes therein.
Axial pressure relief in slide bearings of pumps
A pump is described, including: a drive shaft including a rotor; a first housing part and a second housing part, between which a pump chamber is formed, in which the rotor is arranged; a rotary bearing via which the drive shaft is mounted on the first housing part such that it can rotate about its rotational axis; and a passage including a first opening and a second opening, wherein the rotary bearing is arranged between the pump chamber and the first opening, and the second opening of the passage emerges onto the side of the second housing part which faces away from the pump chamber.
