At least one seal is provided, wherein, when assembled, there is an oil sump in the housing, and the seal is arranged between the housing cover and the rotor housing and projects out of the oil sump with respect to the assembled state. The seal is formed as a sealing plate and has multiple passage openings.
Elastomer series coupling damper for supercharger
A coupling assembly arranged between an input shaft and a rotor shaft of a supercharger includes a first hub, a second hub, a central hub, and a plurality of coupler pins. The first hub can be mounted with the input shaft. The second hub can be mounted with the rotor shaft. The central hub can be disposed in between the first and second hubs. The central hub can have an elastomeric body that defines a series of passages therein. The passages can taper inwardly throughout and provide incremental dampening against the first and second plurality of pins. The plurality of coupler pins can be received in the central hub bores. The first and second plurality of pins can be received by the passages in the elastomeric body.
FLUID COMPRESSOR
The present invention relates to a fluid compressor comprising: a driving module comprising a driving motor embedded in a motor case; and a compression module comprising a rotor, which is rotatably driven by a driving motor and which has a plurality of variable blades radially provided along the outer peripheral surface thereof, a rotor housing for encompassing the rotor, and a cover of the rotor, for closing the rotor housing, wherein the compression modules are stacked and airtight to block contact between fluid passing through the compression module and air outside the compression module, so that the fluid flowing into any one compression module sequentially passes through the remaining compression modules. The rotary shafts provided in each center of the rotors are connected a shaft coupler. The present invention simultaneously achieves a high-efficiency compression ratio and reduces noise caused by the excessive velocity of any compression module.
REAR DRIVE EGR PUMP
An exhaust gas recirculation pump for an internal combustion engine that includes an electric motor assembly having an electric motor disposed within an electric motor housing. A roots device is coupled to the electric motor. The roots device includes a housing defining an internal volume. Rotors are disposed in the internal volume and connected to the electric motor. A bearing plate is attached to the housing wherein the bearing plate and an outer cover attached to the bearing plate defines an oil cavity. A transmission assembly is positioned on an opposing side of the housing relative to the electric motor and in the oil cavity.
Transmission structure of motor connection of roots pump
A transmission structure of motor connection of roots pump comprises a shaft sleeve, a motor shaft cavity is opened inside the shaft sleeve, and the inner circle of the motor shaft cavity is concentrically meshed with the excircle of the motor shaft; a fixed bolt mounting cavity is opened on the outer surface of the shaft sleeve, a bolt through-hole is opened in the fixed bolt mounting cavity, the shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with the gear seat through a hexagon bolt, and the gear seat and the shaft sleeve rotate synchronously at the same shaft center; a gear is fixedly connected with the gear seat with a bolt, the gear seat is fixed to the pump shaft through a first keyway under the fitting between the first keyway and a first shaft key, and the pump shaft and the motor shaft are coaxially arranged at the center. The utility model overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art, which is convenient to install without wearing parts, not affected by temperature, pressure and external dust; and the structure is simple with compound seal and oil protection function; and when a motor with a motor shaft is selected, only the diameter and keyway of the motor shaft cavity of the part are required to fit the new motor.
Multistage pump assembly with at least one co-used shaft
A multistage pump assembly with at least one co-used shaft comprises a first pump set including at least two vacuum chambers. Each vacuum chamber of the first pump set is installed with at least one rotor and a first driving shaft, the rotor is installed to the first driving shaft in the same vacuum chamber of the first pump set. The first driving shafts in the first pump set are co-shafted, that is, rotors in the at least two vacuum chambers of the first pump set are installed at the same first driving shaft. A second pump set includes at least one vacuum chamber which includes at least one rotor and a second driving shaft. An outlet of the second pump set is connected to an inlet of the first pump set through an air tube.
Cantilever vertical screw vacuum pump
A cantilever vertical screw vacuum pump is provided. The vacuum pump has a lubrication system, in the system, an oil splashing sleeve splashes lubricating oil in an oil chamber, the lubricating oil is splashed to the oil guide plates and enters two inner shaft sleeves through oil inlet holes, the lubricating oil is splashed by rotations of lower bearings to lubricate upper bearings and bearing gland oil seal assemblies. A fit between an oil baffle and a lower cover shaft sleeve is a clearance fit, and the oil baffle prevents the lubricating oil from entering a vertical motor. A pressure difference between screw rods is used to output reflux air from a near exhaust end of the screw rods, the reflux air is cooled in a coolant by a reflux cooling pipe, and the cooled reflux air is delivered to the screw rods to reduce an air temperature of the pump chamber.
