Flexible impeller pump
A mounting hub operable to connect a flexible impeller to a drive shaft. The mounting hub is detachable from the impeller, and is adapted to permit the impeller to be decoupled rotationally from the impeller drive shaft during installation, and then recoupled rotationally once the flexible impeller is in position.
Vacuuming device and vacuum apparatus
A vacuuming device comprises a main body, a rotary shaft, a vacuum pump rotor, a motor stator and a motor rotor. An air inlet, an air outlet, an oil storage chamber and a motor chamber are disposed in the main body. The oil storage chamber communicates with the air outlet. The rotary shaft is rotationally connected to the main body. The vacuum pump rotor is fixedly mounted to the rotary shaft and cooperatively forms a stator cavity of the vacuum pump with the inner-wall of the main body. The air inlet and the oil storage chamber communicate with the stator cavity of the vacuum pump respectively. The vacuuming device reduces the cost of manufacturing, optimizes the spatial structure and downsizes the device.
Scroll compressor with oil chamber and cooling
A helical compressor consisting of a casing with at least one fixed spiral; a rotor that has been placed in the casing and has at least one spiral that can be rotated within the casing; a crankshaft that has a main spindle that is mounted on bearings within the casing and an auxiliary spindle that is eccentrically positioned with respect to the geometric axis of the main spindle. The rotor is attached to the auxiliary spindle using a bearing and there is a mechanism present to prevent the rotor from rotating by itself. The rotor has an oil chamber that is connected to the bearing of the auxiliary spindle and a de-gassing channel for the oil chamber that goes through the auxiliary spindle and through part of the main spindle.
FLEXIBLE IMPELLER PUMP
The present invention relates to improvements in the area of flexible impeller pumps. In particular, the present invention relates to flexible impellers with improved profiles (such as dual sealing lips), which are particularly well-suited to multiple cam pumps. A novel mounting hub configuration for mounting an impeller on a drive shaft is also provided. Pumps comprising such impellers and/or mounting hubs are provided, as are associated methods of installation and removal.
Compressor and air conditioner
A compressor includes a motor, a compression mechanism portion driven by the motor, and a rotation shaft connecting the motor and the compression mechanism portion. At least a part of the rotation shaft is composed of a material having a higher Young's modulus than that of cast iron, and having a higher thermal conductivity than that of cast iron.
MOTOR-OPERATED COMPRESSOR
A motor-operated compressor includes a casing having a sealed internal space, a first scroll fixed in the internal space, and a second scroll engaged with the first scroll to form a plurality of compression chambers. The compressor also includes a frame fixed on an opposite side of the first scroll with the second scroll interposed therebetween, and a driving motor positioned on an opposite side of the second scroll. The compressor further includes a rotary shaft coupled to the second scroll in an off-centered manner and coupled to the driving motor. The first end portion of the rotary shaft forms a fixed end supported in the radial direction by members positioned on both sides of the second scroll. The second end portion of the rotary shaft forms a free end coupled to a rotor of the driving motor.
Displacement pump for fuel vapor recovery
A displacement pump is configured to allow for assembly while properly maintaining side clearances. The displacement pump (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105) for sucking and discharging a fluid such as gasoline vapor by changing pressure in a space constituted by an outer peripheral surface of a rotor (1) and an inner wall surface of a casing (2), includes a side clearance adjusting member (4), rotating with respect to the pump main body (6), for moving a shaft (3) integrally formed with the rotor (1) in an axial direction of the shaft (3).
Electric motor-driven motor-vehicle vacuum pump, and drive shaft for a motor vehicle vacuum pump
The invention relates to an electric motor-driven motor-vehicle vacuum pump (1), having a drive shaft (3) which has, in particular, two bearings and extends with a shaft stub (5; 35; 45) into a rotor (8) which is connected fixedly to the shaft stub so as to rotate with it. In the rotor, the shaft stub has a centring region (26; 36; 46) which serves to center the rotor, without guiding the rotor in the axial direction.
Mud motor coupling system
The present invention is an apparatus, system and method for use of a mud motor having a bearing assembly, a transmission having torque and thrust transfer couplings with a catch pin interface, a power section, a rotor catch assembly, and a cross over sub-valve.
OPPOSED SCREW COMPRESSOR WITH STAGGERED SCREW ROTOR
A rotor for use in a fluid machine includes a rotor shaft, a first portion supported by the rotor shaft and having a plurality of first lobes, and a second portion supported by the rotor shaft having a plurality of second lobes. The plurality of first lobes at an inwardly facing end of the first portion is arranged at a stagger angle relative to the plurality of second lobes at an inwardly facing end of the second portion. The stagger angle is greater than zero.
