TRANSFER DEVICE
A transfer device that includes a case that houses a transfer mechanism; a strainer that suctions oil stored in a lower portion of the case; a valve body that has a hydraulic supply circuit that supplies a hydraulic pressure to the transfer mechanism and a suction oil path that discharges an extra hydraulic pressure that is extra for the hydraulic supply circuit; a first suction inlet that communicates with one of the suction oil path and the strainer and a second suction inlet that communicates with the other of the suction oil path and the strainer, and a balanced vane pump.
Lubrication system for a compressor
A lubrication system is provided for supplying lubricant to an air compressor. The air compressor is driven by a drive system. The lubrication system includes a reservoir configured to support lubricant and configured to receive pressurized air from the air compressor, the separator reservoir configured to separate lubricant from the air received from the air compressor; and a motor operably coupled to the drive system and configured to receive pressurized lubricant. The motor is configured to transmit power to the drive system in at least one operating condition.
COMPRESSOR
The present invention relates to a compressor wherein, when oil is supplied to a single module, the module can mechanically/structurally supply the oil to a plurality of regions in a selective manner according to the pressure of a refrigerant, etc.
Vacuum device
A vacuum device, in particular to a vacuum pump, includes a reservoir for an operating medium; an outlet connector arranged at or in the reservoir; and a selection device that selectively closes or opens the outlet connector or an outlet line, which is connected via the outlet connector to the reservoir, in dependence on whether the operating medium or water is present at the outlet connector.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS USING THE SAME
A scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll and causes the orbiting scroll to perform an orbiting motion to form a suction chamber and a compression chamber. The scroll compressor includes a first space in a back surface center of the orbiting scroll, lubricant in a bottom of a sealed container, a second space provided further on an outer circumference side than the first space on a back surface of the orbiting scroll, a first oil leak path for causing a part of oil in the first space to leak to the second space, an oil return passage for returning most of the oil in the first space to the bottom in the sealed container, a second oil leak path for causing a part of the oil in the second space to leak to the suction chamber, and a third oil leak path.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AN OIL-INJECTED COMPRESSOR DEVICE
A method for controlling a compressor device (1) with a compressor element (2) and oil circuit (14) with oil (15) that is injected into the compressor element (2) by a fan (19) via a cooler (18), with a bypass pipe (20) across the cooler (18), whereby when the temperature (T) of the compressor element (2) is less than a value (T.sub.set), the method including the following steps: switching the fan (19) off; when the temperature (T) is still less than T.sub.set, driving the oil (15) via the bypass pipe (20); when the temperature (T) is still less than T.sub.set, decreasing the quantity of oil (15) that is injected into the compressor element (2) until the temperature (T) is equal to T.sub.set
Compressor assembly with liquid sensor
A compressor may include a shell, a compression mechanism, first and second temperature sensors, and a control module. The shell may define a lubricant sump. The compression mechanism may be disposed within the shell and may be operable to compress a working fluid. The first temperature sensor may be at least partially disposed within the shell at a first position. The second temperature sensor may be at least partially disposed within the shell at a second position that is vertically higher than the first position. The control module may be in communication with the first and second temperature sensors and the pressure sensor and may determine whether a liquid level in the lubricant sump is below a predetermined level based on data received from the first and second temperature sensors.
System, pump and method of vacuum generation for applications to motor vehicles
A vacuum generation system, in particular for applications to hybrid-drive motor vehicles, comprises a vacuum pump (10) arranged to be independently driven by either an internal combustion engine (1 1) or an electric motor (12) depending on the vacuum conditions in utilizing devices (15) and the operating conditions of the internal combustion engine. A pump for use in such a system and a method of vacuum generation by using the system are also provided.
Lubrication of volumetrically operating expansion machines
The present invention provides a method for lubricating an expansion machine, which method comprises: supplying of an operating medium which contains a lubricant by a vaporizer; separating of at least part of the lubricant from the operating medium which contains a lubricant and is supplied by the vaporizer; and supplying of the operating medium, which is depleted by the separation of the at least one part of the lubricant from the lubricant, to the expansion machine. Furthermore, a device is provided having a vaporizer which is configured for vaporizing an operating medium which contains a lubricant and for supplying it to an expansion machine, and having a lubricant separating device which is configured for separating at least one part of the lubricant from the operating medium which contains the lubricant and is supplied by the vaporizer to the expansion machine.
Water lubricated screw compressor
In a water-supply line for performing water-supply to the rotors and the mechanical seal of a compressor, or in a condensed-water collection line for collecting condensed water of a dryer into the inlet port of the compressor, a water reservoir is provided at a position higher than the water-supply unit of the compressor. Moreover, there are provided a start-time water-supply line and a solenoid valve set up therein. Here, the start-time water-supply line establishes the connection between the lower portion of the water reservoir, and the inlet port of the compressor and the water-supply unit of the mechanical seal.
