Compressor having centrifugation and differential pressure structure for oil supplying
A scroll compressor is provided capable of supplying oil stored in an oil storage chamber upward through a rotary shaft to supply the oil to a compression device and to lubricate a bearing portion. The scroll compressor may include a casing, a drive motor, a rotary shaft, a main frame, a fixed scroll, and an orbiting scroll. A medium pressure chamber may be formed in or at a middle of the main frame, the fixed scroll, and the orbiting scroll. A pocket groove configured to guide oil discharged through the oil hole to the medium pressure chamber may be formed in an upper surface of the orbiting scroll, and a differential pressure path configured to guide the oil guided to the medium pressure chamber to the compression chamber may be provided in the fixed scroll.
Oil line structure of compressor and compressor
The present disclosure relates to an oil line structure of a compressor and compressor, wherein the oil line structure of a compressor including: a spindle, an upper flange and a rolling bearing, wherein an interior of the rolling bearing encloses a cylinder cavity for performing compression, and the rolling bearing comprises a rolling body; wherein the spindle is internally provided with a spindle oil hole, and the upper flange is provided with an upper oil groove which is in communication with the spindle oil hole to guide an oil into the rolling body so as to lubricate the same. In this way, the heat generated by friction of the rolling body is discharged in time, so as to prevent a temperature rise in the bearing and reduce the wear, thereby improving the energy efficiency value of the compressor and ensuring normal operation of the compressor.
Scroll compressor with shaft eccentric lubrication
A scroll compressor is provided that may prevent an oil-feeding hole from being blocked due to a high pressure refrigerant, which is compressed in compression chambers and introduced into the oil-feeding hole through an oil-feeding slit, by blocking one of both end portions of the oil-feeding slit, adjacent to the compression chambers, when the oil-feeding hole is formed through an outer circumferential surface of a bearing and the oil-feeding slit, which communicates with the oil-feeding hole, is formed on the outer circumferential surface. This may allow for smooth oil supply onto the outer circumferential surface of the bearing through the oil-feeding hole, thereby enhancing a bearing performance. Also, the oil-feeding hole or slit may be formed at a closest position to an oil feeding-required section, not within the section. This may allow for quick oil supply into the oil feeding-required section, resulting in further enhanced bearing performance.
Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor includes fixed and movable scrolls, and a drive part. The fixed scroll has a fixed-side end plate, a fixed-side lap, and a thrust sliding portion surrounding the first lap. The movable scroll has a movable-side end plate and a movable-side lap. The drive part revolves the movable scroll so that refrigerant in a compression chamber formed by the fixed-side lap and movable-side lap is compressed. A back-pressure space which communicates with the compression chamber for at least a prescribed period in a revolution cycle is formed at the back face side of the movable scroll. A first oil channel supplied with oil from a space is formed in a first angle region of the fixed-side end plate. A communication channel formed in a second angle region communicates with the compression chamber. A second oil channel communicating with the back-pressure space is formed in the second angle region.
COMPRESSOR OIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A compressor (10) includes a compression mechanism (18) and a driveshaft (62) that drives the compression mechanism (18). The driveshaft (62) may include a first axially extending passage (94), a second axially extending passage (96), and a lubricant distribution passage (100). The first and second axially extending passages (94, 96) may be radially offset from each other and may intersect each other at an overlap region (98). The first and second axially extending passages (94, 96) are in fluid communication with each other at the overlap region (98). The lubricant distribution passage (100) may extend from the first axially extending passage (94) through an outer diametrical surface of the driveshaft (62). The lubricant distribution passage (100) may be disposed at a first axial distance (D1) from a first axial end (90) of the driveshaft (62). A first axial end of the overlap region (98) may be disposed at a second axial distance (D2) from the first axial end (90) of the drive shaft (62). The first axial distance (D1) is greater than the second axial distance (D2).
OIL SUPPLY MECHANISM OF ROTATING MACHINERY AND ROTATING MACHINERY HAVING OIL SUPPLY MECHANISM
An oil supply mechanism comprises: an oil pump device connected to a rotating shaft of a rotating machinery; a main oil supply passage formed in the rotating shaft substantially in the axial direction of the rotating shaft; and a bypass oil passage in communication with the main oil supply passage and allowing a part of lubricating oil in the main oil supply passage to flow out via the bypass oil passage. The bypass oil passage extends in a direction substantially transverse to the rotating shaft. The bypass oil passage is configured such that a radial distance from an outlet of the bypass oil passage to the axis of the rotating shaft is greater than the radius of the rotating shaft.
