The bearing housing cooperates with the second scroll member to define an interior volume. The second scroll member is movable between a first position in which lubricant in the interior volume is allowed to flow into the oil passage via the oil slot, and a second position in which working fluid in the chamber is allowed to flow into the oil passage via the oil slot.
Compressor and refrigeration cycle apparatus
A compressor includes a container provided with an oil reservoir which is provided at a bottom portion of the container to allow oil to be collected in the oil reservoir. In the container, an electric motor mechanism, a rotary shaft, a compression mechanism, and a frame which fixes the compression mechanism to the container are provided. In the frame, a suction port is formed to cause refrigerant having flowed into the space to flow into the compression mechanism, and each of a suction portion and a connection port of the suction pipe, is located at a position which is higher than or the same as the level of the rotary shaft as seen in a rotation axial direction A rib in a first flow passage extends downwards in the direction of gravity from the connection port, extends through an area located above the oil reservoir, and reaches the suction port.
HERMETIC COMPRESSOR
A hermetic compressor includes a casing, a cylinder in the casing, a first bearing and a second bearing defining a compression space together with the cylinder, a roller located at an eccentric position with respect to an inner surface of the cylinder and configured to vary a volume of the compression space, and a vane inserted into the roller to rotate together with the roller, and drawn out toward the inner surface of the cylinder to divide the compression space into compression chambers. An inlet port in communication with the compression space is defined in the first bearing, and an intermediate plate is located between the cylinder and the inlet port and defines a suction passage connected to the inlet port, where a peripheral length of an inner peripheral surface of the suction passage is greater than a peripheral length of an outer peripheral surface of the suction passage.
Rotary Cylinder Piston Compressor Pump and Compressor with Rotary Cylinder Piston Compressor Pump
A rotary cylinder piston compressor pump is provided, including a rotating shaft (2), a piston (3) and a cylinder (4). A rotating shaft hole (21) is provided in the rotating shaft (2). An oil guiding channel, provided in the cylinder (4), communicating with the rotating shaft hole (21). A recess (45) is formed in the inner end face of the cylinder (4). An oil path (61) sealed relative to a compression cavity (49) of the cylinder (4) is formed between the recess (45) and the piston (3). The oil path (61) between the recess (45) and the piston (3) is communicated with an oil path (62) between the piston (3) and the rotating shaft (2) and is communicated with the oil guiding channel by means of an oil returning channel. Also provided is a compressor including the compressor pump.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor includes: a shell forming an outer case, the shell forming an oil reservoir in which lubricating oil is reserved; a fixed scroll stored in the shell; an orbiting scroll stored in the shell, the orbiting scroll forming a compression chamber together with the fixed scroll; a frame holding the orbiting scroll; a thrust plate disposed between the orbiting scroll and the frame; and a thrust oil return pipe fixed to the frame, the thrust oil return pipe being a pipe through which the lubricating oil flows to return to the oil reservoir, in which: a hole portion is formed on the thrust plate, the hole portion passing from a first surface portion to a second surface portion, the first surface portion slidably contacting with the orbiting scroll, the second surface portion facing the frame; and the thrust oil return pipe is inserted into the hole portion and is fit in the thrust plate, and an upper end portion of the thrust oil return pipe does not protrude from the first surface portion of the thrust plate.
Hermetic compressor having inlet port arrangement including a suction passage defined in an intermediate plate
Vane rotary compressor
A vane rotary compressor includes a roller rotatably supported in a cylinder and including a plurality of vane slots formed along a circumferential direction with back pressure chambers formed at one end of each of the vane slots A plurality of vanes are slidably supported in the vane slots protruding toward an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder. A compression space formed by the vanes between the roller and the cylinder includes an inlet port and an outlet port formed at both sides of a contact point between the roller and the cylinder. A vane positioned between the inlet port and the outlet port is configured such that a front gap between a front surface of the vane and the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder is smaller than a rear gap between a rear surface of the vane and an inner surface of the back pressure chamber.
Multi-stage compressor having interstage lubricant injection via an injection rod
A compressor is disclosed which can include a first stage and a second stage. In one form the compressor includes contact cooled compressor stages. The compressor can include a rod useful to inject a lubricant for purposes of cooling/lubricating/sealing the rotating components of the compressor. In one form the rod is an elongate rod with openings which permit a lubricant such as oil to be injected. The injected oil can be atomized via the openings. The rod can be positioned in the interstage space between the first and second stages, and can include a variety of openings.
