Package-Type Fluid Machine
A package-type fluid machine includes a compressor unit including a compression portion that compresses a fluid, a motor that drives the compression portion, and a cooling fan that is driven by the motor; a machine chamber in which the compressor unit is disposed; an inverter chamber which is adjacent to the machine chamber and in which an inverter is disposed; a partition wall that partitions off the machine chamber from the inverter chamber and has an opening; and an inverter intake port that is disposed in the inverter chamber to take in a cooling gas. The cooling fan is disposed on a side of the machine chamber, the opening being located on the side. The cooling fan is driven to cause the cooling gas to flow from the inverter intake port to the opening to cool the inverter.
Pump Insert And Pump Array Comprising Such a Pump Insert
A pump insert (1) for arranging in an accommodating space (104), the pump insert (1) comprising: a pump (10) comprising a pump chamber (15) and a delivery element (11) which can rotate about a rotational axis (D) and which is arranged in the pump chamber (15); an electric motor (20) comprising a rotor (21), which can rotate about the rotational axis (D), and a stator (22); and a drive shaft (30) which is mounted such that it can rotate about the rotational axis (D), wherein the rotor (21) and the delivery element (11) are connected via the drive shaft (30) in such a way that rotating the rotor (21) causes the delivery element (11) to rotate.
ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR
An electric compressor includes a compression portion, an electric motor, a drive circuit that has a circuit board on which electronic components are mounted, a housing, and a resin member. At least one of the electronic components is held by the resin member with the resin member sandwiched between the at least one of the electronic component and the circuit board. The electronic compressor includes a first metal member that is in contact with the at least one of the electronic components, and thermally connected to the housing, a second metal member that is disposed in the resin member, and a bolt by which the first metal member and the second metal member are fastened with each other.
THERMISTOR FLOW PATH
A fluid pump includes a pump element in communication with an inlet and an outlet. Rotation of the pump element generates a suction at the inlet and pressure at the outlet. The suction and pressure cooperate to move a fluid through a fluid path. An accessory fluid path is in communication with the inlet and outlet. The accessory fluid path includes a thermistor in communication with the accessory fluid path. The thermistor monitors a temperature of the fluid within the accessory fluid path.
Package-Type Compressor
A package-type compressor includes a body unit, a controller, a casing, a first cooling air inlet, a second cooling air inlet, a cooling air outlet, a fan duct, a cooling fan, an air cooling type heat exchanger, a machine chamber, and a cooling duct. The cooling duct is provided below the fan duct, the cooling duct causing the cooling air taken in at the second cooling air inlet to flow along the controller toward the suction port of the fan duct. A vertical projection plane of the cooling fan overlaps the machine chamber and the cooling duct.
In-vehicle motor-driven compressor and method for controlling in-vehicle motor-driven compressor
An in-vehicle motor-driven compressor includes a temperature rise estimator configured to estimate a temperature rise of the diode based on an expected reverse current, an on-voltage of the diode, and a heat resistance of the diode. The in-vehicle motor-driven compressor further includes a rotation speed controller configured to set a rotation speed limit of the electric motor, based on the estimated temperature rise of the diode so that a temperature of the diode does not exceed a junction temperature of the diode even when the electric motor is stopped and the reverse current flows through the diode, and limit a rotation speed of the electric motor to lower than or equal to the rotation speed limit.
Thermistor flow path

The suction and pressure cooperate to move a fluid through a fluid path. An accessory fluid path is in communication with the inlet and outlet. The accessory fluid path includes a thermistor in communication with the accessory fluid path. The thermistor monitors a temperature of the fluid within the accessory fluid path.
Refrigeration Unit with Heat Exchanging Arrangement
A refrigeration unit includes a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a water pump, and a heat exchanging arrangement. The heat exchanging arrangement includes a main casing having a receiving cavity divided into a water atomizing compartment and one water showering compartment, a water atomizing unit, a water showering head, a fill material unit provided underneath the water showering head, and a water collection basin provided underneath the water atomizing unit and the fill material unit. A predetermined amount of heated water from the first heat exchanger is guided to flow to the water showering head and the water in the water showering head is sprinkled on the fill material unit. A predetermined amount of water from the water pump is guided to flow to the water atomizing unit and the water flowing to the water atomizing unit is sprayed and atomized in the water atomizing compartment.
Package-type compressor
Provided is a package-type compressor that can improve cooling performance for cooling a body unit and a control panel. The package-type compressor includes: a cooling fan accommodated in a fan duct to induce a flow of cooling air taken in through inlets and discharged through an outlet; a machine chamber that causes the cooling air taken in at the inlet to flow along a body unit; and a cooling duct that causes the cooling air taken in at the inlet to flow along the control panel. A center position of the suction port of the fan duct is offset away from the inlet and toward the inlet with respect to a center position of a drive shaft of a motor of the body unit.
